GREAT Experience Haddad Subaru was my first and last stop in my search for my 2015 Impreza Sport. My first visit was in early 2014 to get a look at the Impreza and take one for a test drive. Jimi DeAngelis, the salesman, took the time to show me the features of the car and took me for test drive. There was no pressure to buy and I let Jimi know that I would be ready to buy later in the year. The dealership and Jimi keep in touch with me over the next few month, but were not overbearing with their communication. It was just enough to let me know they were available when I was ready and valued my business. I stopped back around Thanksgiving to view the 2015 model, which was now available, and again Jimi took the time to explain the new features and took me for another test drive. I returned in late December to make the purchase and Jimi made my first new car purchase experience a worry free and simple one. Excellent experience My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect when we walked into the dealership. Our salesman was Shawn Roy, and even though we told him My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect when we walked into the dealership. Our salesman was Shawn Roy, and even though we told him up front that we had already put a deposit on another car (and thus would probably not be buying from him), he pleasantly and thoroughly answered all our questions, and was happy to take us out on a test drive with the 2015 Legacy. The car was very impressive, as was the low-key way Shawn presented himself and all the pertinent information. When we got home, my wife decided that she would like to cancel the other car (which had been on order for four and a half months, with no end in sight) and go with the Legacy. When we called Shawn with this good news, he immediately said that he would try to locate a car with the paint, upholstery, trim package and options that we wanted, so we would not have to wait for a car to be built from scratch. A couple of days later, Shawn called and told us that a car fitting the description had been located and would be at the dealership by the weekend! Now that's what we call responsive, quick service. It made all the time we had (fruitlessly) waited for the other car seem worthwhile. Thank you Haddad Subaru, and thank you Shawn Roy- you guys are the best! More

When I walked in the door the showroom was very busy, and salesman were running all over the place. I was greeted and explained all of the new features that The Subaru Outback had to offer by the salesman Shawn roy. After about 15 minutes I was driving one, and I was amazed at the way Subaru had changed the car. After some time he found the payment that would fit my budget.
