The sales associate Rob whom helped was nothing but kind and easy to communicate with. Many times other dealerships and sales associates will try to push all sorts of vehicles and additions onto the customer without realizing how the customer is feeling, but here at Hadddad Subaru they paid complete attention to what I was looking for without the hassle of trying to push me in any other direction for things I didn't want or need. I appreciate that a lot for it created an easy shopping experience for the best vehicle fit with easy and very reasonable financing options and rates. The vehicle quality and upkeep for the vehicles on the lot I viewed were in very good standing. I fully and highly recommend visiting and shopping here for your next family vehicle at Haddad Subaru for a safe, easy, and reliable customer experience while getting into a vehicle, with kind and attentive staff all around. And the ford dealership next store I have had a terrible customer experience. I don't recommend them at all. More

Did you ever love a car dealer? We've owned a Subaru Forester for 16 years. Haddad Subaru has done a great deal of service on this car and we've always been satisfied. The only minor criticism we've had is that if a big job was required (eg. timing belt) they were reluctant to to do the work on a Saturday as the one job could consume a lot of the mechanics' time. But he work they do and how they communicate in plain English is great. We also have always felt that the pricing was fair. Mike Bonak, who runs the Service Dept., is a true gentleman. When our Forester crossed 213K miles it was time to think about buying a new car. There was no question we'd want another Subaru. We never considered another brand. With no hassle we purchased a new 2016 Outback from Jimi Deangelis. The car arrived ahead of schedule, equipped and priced exactly as we'd negotiated. Today we picked up the car and Jimi took about an hour to walk my wife and me through all the new features of the car. We appreciated that a lot, especially as Saturdays are prime selling time for a dealer. Every minute he was with us meant he was not with another potential buyer. Bottom line: any sort of hesitation you might have about dealing with car dealerships is quickly dispelled when you're dealing with pros like Mike and Jimi at Haddad. Thanks, Larry and Karen More

I wanted a brand new 2016 Subaru I had a great experience purchasing my first car from Mitch at Haddad Subaru! All of my expectations were fulfilled. I wanted a brand new 2016 Subaru Forester and the dealership that I visited only had one color available (which I didn't want), but that didn't matter because Mitch went out of his way to get me the vehicle that I wanted in the color that I wanted too! Overall I had a very good experience purchasing my first car. Mitch was very cooperative and did everything he possibly could to give me what I wanted! More

Five stars for the sales staff but not the manager. Brandon Giroux was stellar. We were buying a used Jeep actually to knock around in upstate in the winter so we didn't rack up miles on our lease car. Brandon Giroux was stellar. I recommend him and them. However, you manager is a waste of space. The sales crap he had that boy tell us was remarkable, even if the person he was talking to was an idiot. Since together my husband and I have purchased more new cars than years Brandon has been alive, it is idiotic to give him information and sales methodologies that just don't work. Then when I get fed up and I'm leaving he asks what's it gonna take. And here's the joke, all we really wanted was a good faith show on his part that the sale mattered by reducing the price a token amount, even $100. And then they tried to tack on gap insurance for $600 to get just a little more kick-back. You have got to be kidding. If i want gap insurance I'll buy it myself, thank you. So Brandon Giroux and the sales staff - five stars for charm and grace and patience and sincerity. The manager - arrogant and useless - zero stars. More

They even took care of registering the car in NY for me and made the whole process as painless as possible. So far, I love the new car and have no complaints about the dealership. More
