I grew up in Pittsfield but now I live just passed Albany, NY - after checking out all THREE Subaru dealerships, I gladly drove the 60+ miles multiple times to experience the care and service that Haddad Subaru and Jimi deliver! I can't say enough positive things about this dealership; from their sales department to their service department to their parts department, they've always been first class. They've recently extended their hours and upgraded and updated their dealership too! This dealership should be your #1 place to go to for a Subaru if you're within a 100 mile radius, and clearly I'm not the only one that thinks so. I see a ton of cars over in the Albany/Capital Region area with the Haddad logo on them so I think plenty of others agree that they are truly top notch. They were the only dealership to even attempt to meat my aggressive price request on a new Subaru and the request on my Subaru that I was trading in. Their finance department was even able to find a loan for me that was better than what Subaru was offering as well :) I would rate them 11s across the board! More

Mitch met us as we arrived with the keys, plates were already on and we were off on our test drive. The buying process was amazing. There was no back and forth. Mitch was able to negotiate directly with us and an hour later we were driving off in our new Pilot. Highly recommend!!!!!! More

He realized that we had limited time and quickly pulled a new car and had us driving within 10 minutes. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to talk to and shared his experiences about fatherhood. When the test drive was over we sat down to discuss the options we wanted when our daughter started fussing. He quickly found the car we wanted at another dealer and gave us a price we couldn't refuse. We were able to leave a deposit and be on our way in under an hour. Now that's service! More

Today was my first visit to this dealership, and I'm very happy with the Service Department, I was assisted by the service manager, who was professional and courteous, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. The experience was pleasant and positive, I didn't wait very long, however the waiting area is clean, and well maintained, and thus the wait was very easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new or preowned vehicle. Thank you very much. I'll be back. More
