I thought I might need ti After driving nearly 90,000 miles on my brand-new 2014 Forester, I thought it might be a good idea to request a 'check-up'. I thought I might need tires. They told me that I didn't. I thought I needed new brakes. They told me that I didn't. I did need a tune-up, an oil change, and a transmission fluid service. I requested and received a loaner-car, and there was no pressure on me to either pick up my car or return theirs. I am not surprised by this experience. This is the quality of service that I have been accustomed to at Haddad Subaru. More

We found an '08 Outback on the Haddad website that looked to be in excellent condition. When we called with more questions, the staff quickly answered them before we took the long drive to see it. When we arrived at Haddad, Brandon met us outside and greeted us by name. Even though we were there to see the cheapest car in their lot, Brandon patiently spent time answering all of our questions and didn't rush us at all. We were really pleased to learn about all the work that had been done on the car before they put it up for sale and felt that we were getting a fair deal. We really appreciated that Brandon wasn't pushy. The buying process was a breeze as well. We did have some reservations about getting a car with 100,000 miles on it but so far it has been running great. We felt it was less risky to buy from a reputable Subaru dealer than from a small lot. We were really impressed by their excellent customer service and would definitely go back for our next car. More
