The brand new 2017 Impreza impressed me with its many new electronic assists, its new platform, and its sleek styling. To get the process rolling, Mike Bonak, Service Manager, introduced me to Sales Manager Jeremy Rodriques. Jeremy immediately brought in Sales Consultant Darrell Clairmont, who had recently completed the dealer orientation program and performance demonstration of the 2017 Impreza. Together, they worked with me to find the right model, including my one-choice-only color combination. They also went beyond the call to help move me into the current millenium (1998 to 2017) in terms of use of Bluetooth, Apple Car Play, and the many new electronic features of the new Impreza. They were price competitive and very accommodating and patient with me, a senior citizen, as I adapted to the new technology. The entire team at Haddad Subaru is to be commended for their friendly and professional service delivery. More

Second Subaru from Haddad I just came home today with my second Subaru from Haddad in Pittsfield. I bought my new Crosstrek from Darrell, and I'm happy to be back in a Subaru I just came home today with my second Subaru from Haddad in Pittsfield. I bought my new Crosstrek from Darrell, and I'm happy to be back in a Subaru after straying to Volkswagen for a TDI. The car feels great, and Darrell helped me out by letting me pick it up at a time that was convenient for me, but not really for him. The process of buying was easy; the finance guys were great. After my "training session" this morning, I felt totally comfortable with all the features, but I know if I run into any questions, I can call Darrell. Next time I need a car, it will be a Subaru from Haddad. More
A Surprisingly Pleasant Experience Came into Haddad Subaru after my old Outback wagon died. With the help of Jeremy (manager de jour) and especially Ben Pigott, my sales consultant. I went from an anxious buyer to a relaxed leaser. This is my third Subaru (second from here) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience .Ben answered all my questions and let me explore my options until I was confident that I was getting the vehicle that best met my needs at a price that fit my budget. Ben put me at ease with an easy going manner, smile and a willingness to go the extra mile, literally walking me through the entire leasing vs buying process. The key was to give the buyer enough time to make an informed and and confident decision, and they gave me that key. As I left that evening with my wife (who helped me finally decide on the color) we couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with how it all went (with thanks to Ian, (the finance manager). I pick up the car next week with the hope that future purchases and service at Haddad Subaru will be just as satisfying to this customer. Thanks, Ben Jeremy and Ian. More
