It is also important to mention Ian in the finance department - I had placed several calls to Ian to modify the purchase of some additional coverage. Every call was greeted with cooperation, a pleasant attitude and Ian was patient explaining details until he knew I understood. When I was told I would be called back, I was called back.... My old car was 13 years old and had none of the new technology. Jimi assured me that he would not let me leave the dealership until I was satisfied that I understood everything. Jimi was a wonderful teacher. He was very patient and repeated instructions when needed. I felt very confident when I drove away. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure.
