We spoke to Manny, he told us we might have to leave it overnight. It's now Friday and my husband calls to get an update on the car, talks to Manny and tells him he will call him back. It's now Saturday and Manny decided to call back only to say that they are just now looking at the car and it was just sitting there. We pick up the car Saturday and now my AC DOESN'T WORK! I'm so frustrated. We have to make another appointment so they can just have my car sitting there. And the Chrysler dealership isn't any better, not surprised because it's the same owner. That was another experience. More

I put my scanner on it and there were multiple error codes involving emissions and electrical problems. I have a small business and we repair industrial equipment so I am not unfamiliar with what needed to be done. With so many error codes related it seemed obvious that there was more than likely one underlying problem that was causing it and so I figured the dealer would be in a better position to diagnose and repair it instead of me throwing parts at it until i replaced the one that was the problem. So i took it in and was advised that the main cat was bad and needed to be replaced. (the most expensive part that could be the problem). Then was called back and told it needed a sensor for another 400 bucks....ok...then a third call for another sensor for 600 or so....see the pattern here. finally was able to pick it up for 4000 worth of repairs. Next day the check engine light comes on....hmmm didnt i take it in to get that fixed? Called the service dept was advised they couldnt get me in for like 6 weeks.....I waited the 6 and took it in. Was advised that i needed a couple more sensors. I asked if they warranted their work and was advised that this was a different problem...different code on the scanner....and was not covered. I told them I would pay for the part but they should take care of the labor since I still had the problem i took it in for. Was told i would have to speak to service manager who was conveniently unavailable every time i called and never returned my voice mails that i left. I picked it up unrepaired and will most likely have to go out of town to find a dealer that had trained technicians that can actually troubleshoot a problem rather than just replace parts. More

Our vehicle was towed to Bakersfield and finally to Haddad Dodge. It was late in the afternoon but the service dept. agreed to do work on it Saturday morning. They fixed the problem and everything was covered under the warranty at no cost. It was an unpleasant situation but their prompt service saved our family having to stay extra days in California, not counting having my daughter fly back to Arizona for work on Monday Bruce Gans More
Poor service from the service department Took vehicle in the have transmission checked out. Singed a ticket for 1 hour check and advise. Vehicle was there for 2 & 1/2 months. Could not get it Took vehicle in the have transmission checked out. Singed a ticket for 1 hour check and advise. Vehicle was there for 2 & 1/2 months. Could not get it due to it did not run. Ran fine when I took it in just wanted transmission checked. They started working on my vehicle with out an approval. Service writer James would give very misleading and untrue info. Telling warranty will cover it then say it wouldn't Always seemed to be making up an excuse as to why it was taking so long. Got to the point that both service writer James and service manager Robert would not return my calls. Had to get Chrysler Corp. Involved. When I was told my vehicle was done I asked that since it had been there Over 2 months if they could do a courtesy wash. Sure no problem. They didn't wash it and left it empty on gas. Will have to find another dealership to go to More
HORRIBLE SERVICE . WE took our Durango in for a complete electrical failure. We were told our vehicle would most likely be diagnosed within 2 days. Mind you, the warra . WE took our Durango in for a complete electrical failure. We were told our vehicle would most likely be diagnosed within 2 days. Mind you, the warranty doesnt authorize a rental car until the vehicle is diagnosed. Our Durango was in their shop for 3 WEEKS before they diagnosed the problem as the alternator (Which was not underlying problem as anyone with a little automotive knowledge could guess). They sent my wife on the road after replacing the alternator, saying everything is fixed. She asked if the PCM and TIPM (similar problems online indicated those items) were checked, She was guaranteed everything was checked and in working order. On the way home from the dealership, my wife picked up our kids from school. What happens next... The same problem, complete electrical failure AGAIN (Mind you, She just picked up the car from the UnService Dept. an hour prior) The scariest thing was the power steering went out, among other electrical systems. We travel the Canyon quite regularly, and expect a dealership to know their vehicles. That is not the case with Haddad Dodge Service. The next morning (Friday), the vehicle was towed back to Haddad Dodge. We were told the vehicle would go to the front of the line for service (Really?!?) We spoke with the Service Advisor Manny, Service Manager Chris and who we think was the Operations Director Howard. Every one of them is all lip service, All Talk and no action. The Service Manager Chris even said, this time he is going to put a mechanic on our vehicle that "HE TRUSTS". Shouldnt he trust all of his mechanics with their customers lives??? We are assured we would receive an update on Monday and given a loaner car (the air conditioning didnt work well, needed to be recharged). Monday came and went and no call, but we weren't surprised, based on the 3 week wait last time. Tue, wed Thurs. My wife leaves messages for the Service Advisor Manny, Service Manager Chris, Operations Guy Howard...none of the calls are returned. Friday Morning (A week after going back the 2nd time) I call Manny, Moe and Jack, and also leave messages at 8am. By 11am I have not heard from any of them. I then spoke to Shannon, not sure her position, but supposedly above Howard the Operations guy. I explain the problem and she says she is going to check into it. Then I get a call from a SALES MANAGER Cesar....UH, Im not buying a car from Haddad if they cant get their crap together in service. Apparently Cesar is their customer whisperer. Whatever, He tells me the problem the 2nd time is the ...wait for it...the alternator. I told him, that's ridiculous and a moron with minimal car knowledge will tell you that's not the problem, He proceeds to tell me THREE Mechanics have looked at it and confirm its the alternator. OK, But I guarantee its not going to fix the problem! Shortly after I spoke with Cesar, Shannon called and slipped up. She told me Cesar would be calling me with information and he would be our new point of contact (a Sales Manager the contact for the Service Dept). I told her that I just spoke with him, she replied, "Ok, so you are happy someone called you back now" Um No, there is still a problem, but im sorry to bother YOU with YOUR service departments inability! So after all that, the Service Advisor finally called on Monday and said they replaced the alternator and it failed as well. Once again they were asked about the TIPM and PCM. He advised they are going to check those items, as well as the battery we just replaced because the alternator destroyed the battery. Low and behold, The PCM was faulty. So three alternators, a battery and roller coaster ride of crappy service, the car is fixed! BUT We are not done yet, The push button Start ring is gouged from where they forcefully tried to remove the key and there are greasy hand prints all over the A pillar upholstery. Use your judgement going here for service. There is a Chrysler dealership right down the street that can work on Dodge products. More

They may have cost me an engine on my brand new 2015 Ram. I purchased the 2500 Ram NEW from them, took it it for its first service, complained about it pulling to the right. They said their rack was down and couldn't fix it. I brought it back a month later when they had an operational lift. They did an alignment. I took it down the road and now the steering wheel sits at 11 o'clock and pulls even more to the right. They said it was because of the tires, BS. The vehicle sitting parked with wheels set straight and the steering wheel sitting at 11 o'clock is not an aliened front end and has nothing to do with wear on the tires. Further more while its in for an alignment they performed an oil change service on it, at their mistake, again stupid. However during their service they neglected to tighten down the air filter screws allowing dirt into the engine. Of coarse it took an engine light coming on after 3000 miles for me to discover this. So now I have a brand new truck with plenty of dirt sucked though the engine. So I can count on a prematurely worn engine, thanks Haddad Service! I wouldn't recommend Haddad for even an oil change. After purchasing we were told we couldn't take the truck because it had some minor issues that needed to be taken care of so we left without our new truck and we're told we could have it on Monday. We finally received it that next Wednesday. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle it had to be taken in because the check engine light came on. Once again we were left without a vehicle while they changed tire sensors and a thermostat. Now here we are under 2 months later we have taken our vehicle into the service department on a Friday we were told they couldn't look at it until Tuesday. It is now Wednesday afternoon and our truck still hasn't even been diagnosed much less on its way to being fixed and we are without a vehicle. When we ask to talk to the service supervisor we are sent to voicemail and left helpless. It's understandable to have to make an appointment but the blatant disregard for professionalism and communication is deplorable. We use our trucks on our cattle ranch which is one of the ranches that recently was affected by the Erskine Fire. To say that this affects our livelihood is an understatement. I will never refer anyone to Haddad Dodge More
I had a major problem with my vehicle with 55,000 mi. and I You suck!!! I tried to use your service dept. and I wasn't allowed to. I had a fan clutch go out at 55,000 mi. On a ram 3500 Cummins. He said that i You suck!!! I tried to use your service dept. and I wasn't allowed to. I had a fan clutch go out at 55,000 mi. On a ram 3500 Cummins. He said that it would be at least three weeks before they could look at my pickup. I told him that I worked out of town ( From Oklahoma ) and that my pickup was a very important part of my business, I work out of it. He had no concern at all!!! I took it to Porterville, Great Service there. More

I dropped the truck off at 7:34 am on a Wednesday for a valve stem replacement on the tire and that afternoon I still hadn't heard anything from Cotton my Service Adviser. She finally called at 2:58 pm on Wednesday afternoon to inform me that "they were swamped that day and weren't able to repair the tire". She did offer me a rental car, which was nice, but is still an inconvenience because I am without a vehicle due to a minor tire repair. To make matters even more complicated another full day has gone by and I have yet to hear whether or not my truck is ready. Update: Cotton just called and informed me that my truck is STILL not ready. The truck has been at the service department for 2 full days and will not be ready until tomorrow according to her. She assured me that the truck will be ready by tomorrow. I find it absurd that it takes 3 days to replace a valve stem on a tire. More
