Just here to say I am very happy with the service department. Pete Mitchell is a stand up guy who gets the job done. I ran over a huge nail with my X5 the night before going on vacation. I have leased many cars from this dealership and find it to be professional and easy to deal with. Car in for service - called and told in addition to problem they found the front strut and bushings needed replacement. Cost was over $3K. Had work completed on original problem and would consider addi problem they found the front strut and bushings needed replacement. Cost was over $3K. Had work completed on original problem and would consider additional front end work at another time. Bought car in to another shop for a second opinion. Two mechanics checked the front end and said no work was necessary and the only thing needed was an alignment. By getting a second opinion saved unnecessary $3k expense. As a result, will only bring car to dealer for routine maintenance or recall work. Unable to trust any recommendations for necessary work. More
Car took over a week to be fixed. No loaner as promised, had to wait 2 days for one to be available and then was given a Nissan.
