I brought my car in last year for service and I didn't write a complaint, because I have always been the silent ,never comeback customer. My service experience was terribble , they broke my side controls write a complaint, because I have always been the silent ,never comeback customer. My service experience was terribble , they broke my side controls panel on the door and told me they couldn't fix because they can't get the part for a 2000 530I series it;s too old. I WILL NEVER USE HABBERSTAD AGAIN AND BTW I AM BUYING A NEW CAR AT THE END OF THE YEAR! More

Steve called me to say they heard something during regular service and had ordered a part for the car. Once it arrived they scheduled the return visit at a time that was convenient for me and had the regular service and had ordered a part for the car. Once it arrived they scheduled the return visit at a time that was convenient for me and had the repair complete at the time promised. The tech Kenny came out to discuss what had been done. I had a great experience, the service adviser Pete that we worked with was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and answered all questions accurately. I was there on time for scheduled service apppoint but was put in the waiting room until my Service Rep was able to write up my car. Cars with earlier appointments who showed up late were taken for service before my car which was there on time, but pushed back to assist the late patrons. I am thinking that the cones with the appointment times is NOT a good idea. More
There cannot be a better BMW dealership in New York- so courteous, always honest, very reasonable with prices. In fact, once I was overcharged two times for a small part- a few days later I got a call from courteous, always honest, very reasonable with prices. In fact, once I was overcharged two times for a small part- a few days later I got a call from the shop saying they owed me $75 !! I have never never seen that happen. Truly 5 Star dealership- especially the Service Department. More

My car was originally in for service on 9/24. After being in the shop for 4 days I needed to bring it back because my A/C and heat were not working properly. I brough my car in on Friday 10/14 and picked it in the shop for 4 days I needed to bring it back because my A/C and heat were not working properly. I brough my car in on Friday 10/14 and picked it up 10/17 and I am not happy. The A/C and heat are working again but now the car hesitates when driving in local traffic. I called to speak with Ben yesterday because I was concerned about a charge on my invoice and the condition of the car. On the invoice I was charged for Coolant Exchange but I authorized fuel injector cleaning. Ben informed me that they just entered the wrong code, I am not comfortable with this explanation and feel the proper service was not performed. When I told him that my car is running rough now he said I need engine pulleys and belts. When was somebody going to tell me about this?! I spent over $4000 on a 10 year old car and it is in worse condition now then before my 9/24 service. I am extremely unhappy with the last two visits and will not be returning to Habberstad. More
