The staff at BMW of Bayshore is wonderful. I have never been treated so well. I always get a loaner car when I need one. I brought the car in for an oil change, NYS inspection, check engine light, and a been treated so well. I always get a loaner car when I need one. The only complaint I have, and it is minor, is that the detailer missed some spots on the Rims and the running boards. Otherwise the car looked like new, when I picked it up. More
I went in for an oil change and was told the car needed $2,000.00 worth of up keep and repairs. Most of which was done but not recorded. They need to log service into a system that can be viewed and updat $2,000.00 worth of up keep and repairs. Most of which was done but not recorded. They need to log service into a system that can be viewed and updated by all employees so that customers are not told they need work done that was already done just two months before. The staff is very helpful in every way especially Pedro who helps me personally every time I come in. I was disappointed that the service rep did not pick up on the fact that all this update was done two months prior. More
Very friendly, nice touch with the TV, coffee & snacks in waiting area. Pedro went out of his way to assist me with setting up my new phone onto the cars blue tooth & teaching me about voice acti snacks in waiting area. Jon discussed the extended service program and provided me with information on the collision department which I inquired about, without a "hard sale approach". I gave Price an "OK" since it cost $160 for inspection, replacing a fuse and an oil change. The labor/service charges on the seem a little high. More
