My Nitro I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is awesome! They are working all the "kinks" out of my car and I could not be more happier with them! I love my Nitro! They seemed to find a car that fit me! Since the last time it was in the "shop" - it is running better than it ever has! Only 1 last thing to repair- which is my airbag sensor! They are taking care of this next week! I went back and forth over which dealership to go to when I was looking for a new car. I went to several different dealerships- but none of them offered me the personal "touch" that I was looking for! Haasz made it work for me- and did not make me feel like I was just another number! So- with everything said- I have been very upset in the past over my Nitro- but I always knew it would be a great car! Thanks to Haasz for managing to get his car for me and for maintaining it! I am a very busy person- whom I am hard to get in touch with. Haasz has sent me e-mails, left messages and even has sent me letters through the mail! More

service department I've always been happy with the service department here, but today when I brought my car in for an oil change Rich in service was extremely rude. I w I've always been happy with the service department here, but today when I brought my car in for an oil change Rich in service was extremely rude. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked eventhough him and another employee were at the desk. Once I did get waited on Rich argued with me about my free oil change that I was entitled to due to my lease contract. Rich definitely needs to learn some customer service skills. More

At first I was worried because I knew nothing about them and they were so far away. I have now found a new home for any needed repair work and maybe even my next new vehicle purchase. They are the most honest, thorough group of people I have ever worked with. Not only did they fix all the repairs needed fromy accident but also found other things that needed to be done, sending me proof with pics, and fixing the needed repairs at a very reasonable price. Worth every mile driven for the two hour drive. Chris is awesome! Thanks so much for treating my vehicle as your own. More

After some research Ken Ruffner made it happen. These guys are always courteous and willing to listen to any concerns or requests you have. More
Best Service and Sales Department I had a problem with the panorama roof on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it Haasz because No. 1 I bought it there, No. 2 I purchased an extended I had a problem with the panorama roof on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it Haasz because No. 1 I bought it there, No. 2 I purchased an extended warranty there and No. 3 the dealership close tp my house can't even seem to get a simple tire rotation right. I have to say my total experience with the service department was excellent! Bob and Mike were concerned about my problems and I feel went out of his way to make things right. I'm very happy with the end result and my Jeep feels brand new again. When I bought my Jeep......Haasz was the ONLY dealership that was willing to take the time to try and find the vehicle I was looking for. Linda spend over 2 weeks and kept in constant contact with me. The other dealerships in my area only wanted to push their inventory on me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle. More
Body Shop A++++++++++++ I had recently purchased my Challenger at Haasz which needed some attention aesthetically. Haasz agreed to make it right. The body shop manager Chris I had recently purchased my Challenger at Haasz which needed some attention aesthetically. Haasz agreed to make it right. The body shop manager Chris Tepus and his associate William Jones made this the best experience hands down I've had at any body shop. They got the parts ordered quickly and were very expeditious in getting my vehicle completed. The quality was excellent and customer service I received from these two gentlemen was above and beyond what you find these days. A special thanks as well to the body shop techs that made it happen ! A+++++ Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no issues and also gave me a free oil change/tire rotation when it comes due because I had been in the waiting room for about 4 hours. Ken was very apologetic and genuinely seemed to care about my time. I just scheduled another appt for this Saturday to have an HVAC and engine noise issues looked at. So far I like the service dept, just hoping to get this Challenger's issues fixed before the bumper to bumper warranty runs out which is very soon. More
DON'T TRUST THE SALESMAN THE SALESMAN LIES TO YOU SO THAT YOU BUY A CAR. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET FREE OIL CHANGES. WHICH WE DIDN'T. THE KEY PAD ON THE DOORS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SALESMAN LIES TO YOU SO THAT YOU BUY A CAR. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET FREE OIL CHANGES. WHICH WE DIDN'T. THE KEY PAD ON THE DOORS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PROGRAMMED FOR US, BUT THE MECHANICS DON'T KNOW HOW.WHEN WE GOT OUR OIL CHANGE THERE THE TECHNICHAN GOT IN AND DROVE OUR CAR AWAY. WE WERE WORRIED THAT WE WOULD NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. THEN WE FIND OUT THAT THEY DON'T WORK ON FORDS.I DON;T KNOW WHY THEY MADE US GET EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN WE DIDN'T WANT IT. BECAUSE THEY DON'T TOUCH FORDS OR KNOW HOW TO WORK N THEM OR ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS WHY DID THEY SELL US A FORD? More
