I was greeted with a smile, was given an explanation of what would take place, and was shown to my waiting area. I took a seat with the kids on the couches and they were able to watch cartoons while waiting. Soon after, we were checked on and offered coffee and soft baked cookies!!! What a treat for the kiddos!!! Everyone was so kind and so helpful!! My kids were even shown to a play area!!! The wait flew by and the service was excellent! Once again...a happy customer here!! General Service I called and got in for service for my 2015 Town and Country right away. I was met by Mike Purk service advisor who took excellent care of me. The mechanic Wade did a excellent job servicing and updating my vehicle. The parts people helped out with parts, they were very nice folks also. I could not of asked for better service and honesty. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer. Also talked to Kevin Haasz while getting a cup of coffee, he was very nice also. More
Do not trust this dealership or staff December 2013 We bought a 2007 Town and Country. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be an additional 10 year or 100,000. We bought December 2013 We bought a 2007 Town and Country. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be an additional 10 year or 100,000. We bought the warranty as my husband was concerned with the heated seats, entertainment system, all the power seats and doors. The lady that sold us the warranty assured us that the vehicle would be completely covers for the additional 10 years or an additional 100,000 miles which ever comes first. No problems with warranty and the staff was great and very nice until December 2015 when the tail gate quit working and I take it in to be fixed at first there was no problems Kim in service had pulled up the warranty info and on the paper it says warranty begin miles 61965 end miles 161965. after awhile Kim comes back and says that the warranty is expired and there was a typo that the vehicle is only covered to 100,000 miles. This makes no sense as the paper work says differently so we leave and I call to speak with owners and finally get a call back from Andy Haasz who seems to really want to make things right but with the New Year holiday he would look into the problems and call me back on Monday January 4, 2016 he offered to either get the warranty to cover for the remaining time or get me traded out to a new vehicle with the same payments. I am still waiting for that call from Andy it is now January 7, 2016 I have called and left Andy a message to please call me. Haasz is going to fix my tailgate but this vehicle still needs to be covered for the remaining time or we need to be traded in for a new vehicle. More

Once again I was very satisfied with the work they did on the car, but more importantly I appreciate their Customer Service and how they treat me and my family. Having 5 cars at my house (including the 2 Dodge vehicles that we recently purchased at Haasz Automall), I won't hesitate to use Haasz Collision Center for any of my future needs. I recently had my car get routine work done(oil change/tire rotation). The service department there is good. I have never had a problem with getting any work done. Tom Lawson was my tech. He was polite, courteous and prompt. He added my coupon after he did my write-up without complaint. I didn't mean for the review to reflect negatively on him or his service. If I had known the survey was solely on his performance, I would have done it differently. I had no problems with this visit, Tom, or the service provided. More
