Terrible service department My car was damaged on 2/16 at Haasz in Ravenna during an oil change. I called the dealership as soon so I noticed the damage. I was sent to voice mail and never got a call back. On 2/20 I finally got to speak to Kim, the service manager. She told me she would review camera footage and get back to me. After sending her a picture of the damage and calling again, I still have not heard back from her after almost 24 hours. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership and service department, but this makes me very angry and disappointed. They damaged my vehicle and they don't want to own up to it! More
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABOVE AND BEYOND I took my 2018 RAM 3500 to Haasz for a mechanical issue and found that the damage was the result of mismatched tires installed by a "professional" tir I took my 2018 RAM 3500 to Haasz for a mechanical issue and found that the damage was the result of mismatched tires installed by a "professional" tire shop. The mismatched tires caused fairly extensive damage that was not covered under warranty. Both Ben and Kim were kind, concerned and patient as they tried to explain why this was not a warranty issue. The Service Technician, Ben, did an excellent job on the repair and the Service Manager, Kim R., went above and beyond in working with the corporate office to find a solution to the issue. As a result of Kim's compassion for my situation and her knowledge and tenacity, much of the cost of the repair ended up getting covered. I appreciate the effort that Kim put forth to find an outcome with which that the customer would be satisfied. More

They had a rental waiting for me when I dropped of my vehicle and had me heading off to work quickly. She went the extra mile to make sure I received my vehicle back the same day! I spoke with Jack Todd to schedule this appointment who had perhaps the sexiest sounding voice I've ever heard. He made me want to buy 30 more vehicles just so I could better my chances of hearing his voice again. Haasz is so lucky to have someone with such grace. The service tech was awesome, he fixed the issue and I haven't had any issues since. More
