More than just a outstanding service department Sevice Dept Lassion Bill Plumley and Service Mgr Kim Rafferty are the best. My daugher who has a 2009 Jeep that was excellently serviced at Haasz sinc Sevice Dept Lassion Bill Plumley and Service Mgr Kim Rafferty are the best. My daugher who has a 2009 Jeep that was excellently serviced at Haasz since it was bought had gone out to Boulder, Colorado for 2 years of graduate school and now lives & works in Moab,Utah. She has kept up her oil changes and service commitments with her Jeep at Chrysler / Jeep dealerships in her area. We had a very unusual cirmcumstance develop with one of dealership service departments in which Bill and Kim helped us resolve the issue at hand. This is not the first time the Haasz Service dept has assisted us with work to be done far away and we value that as high as the excellent job they do at the Ravenna and Dalton locations. That's another benefit and value that Haasz brings to the market. They sincerely care about their customers and will advocate them within the Chrysler network when the occassion arises. More

My daughter who now lives in Utah was on a camping trip in Colorado and got a flat tire on her 2009 Jeep bought & serviced thru Haasz. Her McGard lug lock key for a very strange reason did not work to release her spare. She got it towed to a service shop in Boulder,Colorado but they did not have the tools or master key to release. They wanted to drill into the lock lugs at $ 100 a lug . Luckily my daughter had taken pictures of the lug, malfunction key and her McGard Registration card. After a phone call to Kenny and bringing that information to him, he directed me to Bob Rhodes who called McGard and was able to get a replacement key next day'd to the shope in Boulder,Colorado where the Jeep is and we avoided a very costly procedure. I fully thank Kenny and Bob whom are of the 5 Star Culture of staff and people of Haaszauto Mall and why I have been an advocating cusotmer of their's since they opened in 2006. Computer Reflash for Jeep Grand Cherokee My 2013 JGC had tow wiring from factory. However, my trailer had no working lights. I took my Jeep to the company we purchased the trailer from. They did a free quick check and said it has some power and that the Jeep needs a computer reflash to turn on the tow wiring harness. I called around and did tons of research about this issue. Haasz Auto Mall got me right in, 2 days later. They couldn’t promise this would be the problem but I agreed to do it anyways. Bill from the service department was wonderful. He looked up everything about my Jeep through the VIN number and looked over things. A short time later out came Stephan and said my Jeep was ready. I asked how it went. He replied, you will have working lights. I hugged him and said we shall see. I came home and immediately plugged in the trailer. We had lights. Thank you guys for being honest and making things “brighter!” More

Oil Change I dropped my car off at 12pm for a scheduled oil change. I got an update at 3pm that it was in “working status” and heard no more.
