Took vehicle in for scheduled service. Service manager and service writer were excellent. Ray Merida took time to discuss issues specific to my f-150. My vehicle was an unplanned, no appointment, drop-off. I really didn't have an immediate assigned service manager/advisor, and spoke with three different persons over the ensuing 4 days. I did receive help at all points, but continuity was somewhat eradicate. This was resolved when I was assigned to Kevin's team, and they provided me with excellent service. More
Confusing. Parts sent me to service and then service sent me back to parts. Then back to service who finally completed me getting a knew key for my vehicle. Arrived at the Service Center, checked in and dropped off my keys and sat in the waiting area. I had scheduled the service via the FordPass App and in the comments section I requested a check of my diff flui my keys and sat in the waiting area. I had scheduled the service via the FordPass App and in the comments section I requested a check of my diff fluid. It wasn't mentioned during check-in and I figured I'd just wait and see if they checked it without being reminded. Sure enough, they did! Used my FordPass Rewards which covered my service. In and out in the amount of time I had accounted for. That's all a guy can ask for! More
