If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I start? Initially walking into HW auto wholesale I felt very at home and safe with purchasing a car from them. I had already read a few bad reviews that said Initially walking into HW auto wholesale I felt very at home and safe with purchasing a car from them. I had already read a few bad reviews that said what they sell their customers is less than adequate, however I went with my decision because Mo made me feel very comfortable with my 2007 Buick LaCrosse after my test drive. As promised it only had 70,000 miles on it (such a steal) and was only 4200 out the door with tax. There's several places where this lot lost their appeal with me. After driving this car for about a week I realized that my engine light had cut on for absolutely no reason and my car began to stall and even stop mid gearshift in the middle of the street. I also had a warning that my car was constantly overheating. after having to be towed from a family reunion because my car battery was constantly dying (due to the bad alternator) I finally decided to go to a shop and was basically told that I was sold a car with a bad battery and alternator. As someone who understands that older cars and cars in general need work I figured that when I called HW auto wholesale they would be way more understanding and try to figure out a way to compensate me for the $700 worth of repairs I had to pay out of pocket all within a MONTH of having this car. Instead of doing this they gaslighted me during our whole conversation while cutting me off mid sentence to the point where I couldn't even explain to them what all was wrong with my car. They also lied to me about a warranty being offered when I signed the title to the car. I had Lance speak with the technician who fixed my car and he said over the phone that HW auto wholesale does NOT do warranties. Nobody asked me if I wanted a warranty on my car during the day of signing. So imagine my confusion when i came in and they asked me why I hadn't signed a warranty when one was never asked/offered to me. Seems like they went back on their own word a little bit there. I also tried to explain to them how I felt like nothing was being done to reassure me that I hadn't purchased a horrible vehicle in disguise. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Lance, Mo, and whoever else it is that runs this establishment because you all do not know how to talk to customers regardless of their background. I'm sure if I had entered as a powerful white woman I would've walked out of there with a brand new car just for the trouble I experienced this month alone. however their blatant disregard for my inconvenience was very clear and none of them cared. They had their minds made up as soon as I'd come inside how THEY felt I should've been treated. On top of this, Lance also tried to LIE and tell me that when a state inspection is done before a car is sold they CANNOT tell if the car has a bad alternator or a bad battery. This is complete bull crap since my the technicians who fixed my car did an inspection and identified both problems IMMEDIATELY. As a salesman it is your job before, after, and during sales with any clients that you treat them with the upmost respect. they all clearly displayed a level of nonchalance that let me know immediately there was nothing they could do for me as far as compensating me or reassuring me that my car was indeed in tip top shape. These men are complete cons that sell SALVAGED cars and I recommend that you keep your money in your pocket and just go to a regular dealership. Also, I intend to make well on my promise of going to the better business bureau as well after writing this review on every platform I can think of. I'm SURE my "bluff" won't be called on that. And for the record I cannot "blackmail" a business that already conducts business horribly. You've done a fine job of that yourselves! More

I bought my I bought a car last year since they are a preferred dealer with my credit union. If you have an issue, they stand by what they promise. I bought my car as is/no warranty and they still fixed 2 repairs needed at no cost. They treat me like family when I walk in the door. I am a single mom of 3 children so it means a lot to know that I'm being taken care of and can get down the road in a reliable vehicle. More

Takes advantage of young military people Sold an unreliable vehicle to my grandson and his wife. Both very young, in military, and away from home for the first time. The vehicle stalled in Sold an unreliable vehicle to my grandson and his wife. Both very young, in military, and away from home for the first time. The vehicle stalled in heavy traffic at least twice. Never purchased a vehicle by themselves before. I called Joe when I went up there and his statement was "legally I don't have to do anything, purchased as is". I told him they're very young, in military and have no money for all the repairs. He did not care...I would never recommend. Young military couples beware!!!!! Repairs very costly for a young couple. More

They are usaa preferred dealers but do not buy from. If you do and have a bad experience call usaa and report it. Once they get three bad reports USAA will take them off the preferred buys list. So just an update. Got the wheel bearings fixed come to find out the brake pads were horrible rusted. Spent $1100 trying to fix something they claim they'll fix. HORRIBLE More
Baught one car and loved it so much, went back for my mom's Hajji and his staff are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and, in this world increasingly hard to find, HONEST! Told us exactly what the car had been Hajji and his staff are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and, in this world increasingly hard to find, HONEST! Told us exactly what the car had been through, what work had been done, and even gave us 2 free oil changes (if you ask nicely, he might toss em in for you too). The price was by far the best i could find and even less than KBB. Car was a dream for about 2 months and a dash light came on. Took it back to Hajji's Wholesale and they immediately looked at the car, found the issues (sensor), Josh located the part in minutes and they replaced it. I was on my way two hours later! AND Hajji only charged for the part!! So we went back for my mom's car, and I will be going back when I want another! Highly Recommended!! More
