After a welcome they inspected and evaluated my vehicle which gave us time to look through their large inventory. We finally came to 2 vehicles we wanted to test drive - and that was quickly arranged. In the meantime they had finished the evaluation (which we thought was a fair value) of my car and they prepared us the proposal for both cars we were interested in. We discussed downpayment and finance options in a professional manner. After taking a lunch break we made our decision for the higher-priced of the 2 vehicles. Trying to negotiate their price down is not an opton as we experienced, but we came finally to an agreement. Then it took quite a while to get everything prepared and finalized. But after around 5 hours we left their premises with our 'new' used MB E350 Coupe in perfect condition. Overall we had a good experience at HGreg and we would certainly purchase a car again there and are also recommending this dealership to other car buyers. More

Out of state buyers stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called the dealership to buy a car that they had listed online, and after 2 days of arranging things with their out of state coordinator Armando i called the dealership to buy a car that they had listed online, and after 2 days of arranging things with their out of state coordinator Armando and internet sales manager harry, after leaving a deposit , getting a bank check for the whole amount of the car and buying a plane ticket to fly down to sign the papers and arrange delivery of the car, I found out that they had sold the car to someone else, I called looking to speak to the owner and after speaking to almost everyone in the dealership but the owner I ended up talking to someone by the name of john who claims to be the president of the company which I really doubt I heard all kinds of promises that none of it happened. These guys cannot be straight forward even if their life depended on it, unprofessional and a million years apart from being a true business with customer care. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! More
