Finance manager Joey D. was extremely unprofessional and did not want to assist our sales rep because we financed our loan through USAA and said they don't get any money for using USAA. Since this was the case he went out of his way to be rude to us during our short time in his office and wasn't personable at all. He also failed to answer any questions we had and instead replied with I don't know you have to ask USAA in a very condescending manner. This dealership should really treat their military customers better. More
