Great Prices, Terrible Customer Service The car prices are undeniably low here, that's what brings you in. Because of these prices I ended up purchasing a vehicle here. The car I bought was the most money I have ever spent on something in my life, so naturally I was quite nervous. Normally in a situation like the one I have mentioned, the salesman and customer service calms you down and assures you that you are making a great purchase. In this case I couldn't have felt more ignored. The salesman had no clue of any of the cars features or upgrades. When going through the paperwork process I heard "Just 5 more minutes" (whenever he would reappear) for 2 hours and 45 minutes. By the time my purchase was complete and my car was ready to go it was night. I wasn't able to see that completely neglected to detail my car and that was something I spent $200 to repair once I got the car home. It also was covered in streak marks and had to re wax and buff the vehicle which was another $200. Another huge complaint I have is that they only gave me one set of keys and when I asked for the spare set my salesman Eloy flat out lied and claimed that "Lexus only gives you one set". I know this very well to be false. They didn't even put gas in my tank that was on empty when they gave it to me. Instead they gave me a $5 card to the nearest gas station. $5?? Thanks a lot. The price on my car was fair but everything else had been a miserable daunting experience that just seems to keep on dragging. More

Customer service I went in for a change of car and came out more than satisfied, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. A little reluctant at first because I know how tricky and sneaky the dealership business can be... but Alex walked me through the entire experience with nothing more than genuineness. He was attentive and had answers to al my questions. Definitely goes the extra mile and knows what customer service is about. Will be taking my daughter in soon for her first car! More

Great deals... if you can get there in time Came from Tampa to buy a vehicle and internet sales agent "doubled checked" to make sure the car was in inventory. Moe our sales agent when we got there searched high and low but couldn't find the vehicle that was online. Then after checking in a different system confirmed it was no longer in inventory. It was disappointing but I don't blame Moe... he really did his best to find the vehicle we came for and tried to help find something comparable without success. If you libel in the area it might be worth the drive because the prices are the lowest but if you live far away... think twice or at least have a few other cars to look at so you don't waste your time and gas. More

terrible service after the sell !! Can''t get a title !! Purchased a car March 2nd 2017 and still haven't received the title !! I have made over 30 phone calls and sent numerous emails !!!
