Sale guy walk away and financial guy not working on approval After sales guy saw that it was going to be hard to get me an approval, he came out with an excuse that he had to leave cause he had another appointme After sales guy saw that it was going to be hard to get me an approval, he came out with an excuse that he had to leave cause he had another appointment with another customer, told me not to worry to wait for the financial guy that he was working on my approval lol joke on me. I dont blame this guy for doing that i probably would done the same thing lol not a potential sale just walk away. When i walked inside the financial guy was working on someone else approval deal. lol joke on me one more time lol, this guy never picked up the phone to call any banks the entire time i was there. This dealer dont get everyone approved like they advertise, first thing they are going to tell you is that they work with 40+ bank, but in reality if you have a low credit score, they only have.what they call special financing banks and that is only four banks lol joke on me again. Anyways after spending hrs there that i saw that the sales men left and the financial guy working on someone else deal, i just got in my car and left, up to this date i have never received a phone call or any type of follow up with me regarding my approval. The fact is that if you dont have five to six thousand dollars for a down payment or a seven hundred plus credit score dont even bother of coming to this dealer. More

Felt like it was my Birthday! First, the car I bought was as described and pictured on the website. My trade-in was well appraised as per Blue Book.
