Demetrius provided a copy of the vehicle's history along with warranty information, which we also purchased additional coverage. Overall, we are satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Demetrius and H-GREG to a family member or a close friend. I can’t even conceive the fact that they have a license to operate this place should be shut down. They sold me a car three weeks ago. The car was defective and they knew it. The car was dripping water inside, if it was not because it rain I would have never found out. When I was driving two days after I purchased the, the airbag fell off in my hands from the steering wheel Not to mention the vibration on the vehicle when you were driving over 50 miles and many other things. I was so upset because they put my family at risk just for the sake of the sell. I took the vehicle three days later to turn in and they wouldn’t take it although I knew that the deal hadn’t been sent to the financing company. They said they would allow me to try and get another car or allow them to fix the issues. So I allowed them to fix the issues because they didn’t have anything else in inventory I was interested in besides the fact I no longer trusted their inventory. A week and a half later I went back to pick up the car and the work that they did on it was worse than the initial condition and some of the things I ask them to fix they did not even touch. The emotional and mental stress I experienced with this dealership was outrageous and I really don’t wish that on anybody. They are a bunch of incompetent unprofessional individuals that lack the knowledge of service and the way to treat customers with the exception of the sales person that help Mr. Young Demetrious. I had to lose money to get out of this deal and have my mental and emotional peace once again. This process drained me for the weeks I had this vehicle in my possession and by writing this review I’m trying to prevent you from going through the same headache I went through. Believe me when I tell you you are better off paying a couple thousand dollars more to a real dealership than to pay these guys for a vehicle that has a lower price. The worst car buying experience ever. More

Purchase at the dealership instead of doing it online! I purchased online and the process was extremely long and stressful. I would not recommend purchasing a car online with H. Greg Doral. I inquired about the car on July 2, 2018 and I owned the car on July 11, 2018, but no one called me to tell me that they received the funds or to tell me deal was complete. They didn't release the car to the shipper until July 14, 2018 because the car was waiting to get detailed & buffed which it was not done because I told them to release the car. I received the car on July 15, 2018 and it did not have the temporary tags or my final bill of sale that was suppose to accompany it. Also, I placed a $500 reservation on the car, which is refundable, and I have yet to receive a refund/credit towards my AMEX. There was a lot of misinformation provided and lack of communication throughout the process. I truly feel that staff had good intentions but lacked attention to details. If I could do it all over, I wish I would have drove the 9 hours to the physical location to make my purchase. I believe the in store experience would have been more pleasant, smoother, more efficient , and less time consuming. Overall, I received a great car and I am beginning to really like it more and more. More
