Car was hit Lied about vehicle being hit...said it was a minor front end...car was hit in several spots...flew in from Arizona to pick this car up for my daughter Lied about vehicle being hit...said it was a minor front end...car was hit in several spots...flew in from Arizona to pick this car up for my daughters 16th birthday and really had no choice but to accept it. Did not fill it up, the car was was not clean on the inside or outside...had to spend another $200 to get it detailed before presenting to my daughter... These guys ARE YOUR TYPICAL USED CAR SALESMAN who do not give a xxxx about what they are selling you.... In it for a quick buck.... They also knew the time I was landing and left me standing around the dealership for over an hour even though paperwork was completed the week before.. Would not reccomend in any way More

Receptionist signed for check and then sat on it, salesman and manager did not find it until 5:30pm after she signed at10:30am. Today no paperwork, manager said ups doesn’t deluver on Sat.. really? Fed Ex just delivered a package to me. So Monday is Labor day no mail, I leave the country Wed and will have not received my car.. I ususlly buy a car and get it that day or next day. Then will take over 10 days.. ridiculous!!! More
