I went to the dealer to check a car, Kia Niro with an assigned salesperson. I took his business card before leaving the dealer. A few days later, I decided to call him for a follow-up deal negotiation. In fact, I called him several times without an answer, not even texting back that was busy. I called the dealer and spoke to a person responsible for the internet ads, she said the salesperson was busy. I asked her to pass on a message to the sales and management to give me a call back on the same day. Unfortunately, I still not getting any responses. Very disappointing with poor communication skills and lack of business professionalism. More
On 1/30 I placed a deposit for a car that was in transit. I called Amado, the salesman, a couple of times to confirm the delivery date and each time he told me not to worry that he would call me as soon as the car came in. The 25th came and went and I did not get a call. I called Amado again and his response was that the car had still not arrived and that the sales manager was too busy to look for it but would do so the following day. Needless to say, I showed up to make my presence a priority. Long story short, the car had in fact showed up and they had sold it to someone else despite having a holding deposit. DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT WITH THEM. Amado does not have any follow up or he would not have lost the sale and Camilo, the sales manager that took my deposit, has no respect for their customers or he would not have allowed someone else to sell it. This car is for my daughter who is devastated that her long awaited car was sold right under our noses. This makes terrible business sense and what was there solution? $1,000 off a car that is worth $4,000 more because they do not have a similar car coming in. So in other words, they added insult to injury!!!!! More

Horrible dealership service department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Even though I had an appointment it took close to two hours and I believe it would have taken longer if I hadn’t simple oil change and tire rotation. Even though I had an appointment it took close to two hours and I believe it would have taken longer if I hadn’t been proactive about questioning how long it would take. The service specialist I interacted with had originally quoted me at $89 + tax. After an hour and a half of waiting I received a text with a new quote of $126 plus a list of additional services that my car needed adding up to $910. Having just changed out different filters and flushed and replaced many of these oils at my last tuneup only three months ago, I knew this couldn’t be right. At this point I went to question the service specialist who was nowhere to be found and I guess just expects customers to check a box on a link agreeing to pay an additional $900 without any consultation? When he did return to his desk he took no responsibility for the increase in price of the oil change/tire rotation while shrugging off the extra $900 additional services as only what the technician recommended. It took another half hour to finish my car at which point I asked to speak to the manager who basically dismissed my concerns and tried to shuttle me out the door. No apology, no admission of having done anything wrong. Don’t trust your car with these crooks, they’ll try to rip you off. More
