WARNING........DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I took my Nissan Frontier for a diagnostic check cause it kept stalling and they gave me a diagnosis of faulty catalytic converters. They wanted to ch took my Nissan Frontier for a diagnostic check cause it kept stalling and they gave me a diagnosis of faulty catalytic converters. They wanted to charge me $4200 to to complete the job, obviously that was an outrageously/ridiculous price, so I ordered the parts myself and had a certified mechanic put them on for me. After the mechanic took the catalytic converters out he told me the inside looked fine so he did not believe they were defective. Sure enough, after everything was on, the car still had the same problem. The mechanic came to the conclusion that it was the trucks ECU that was not working. I called Nissan and spoke to a manger by the name of Rudy and I explained to him how they had misdiagnosed my truck so I requested a refund to help cover for all the unnecessary expenses due to their incompetence. He rudely refused and said they are not responsible for misdiagnosing my truck. On a positive note, the service advisor, Liandy, who assisted me was very professional, helpful and understanding. Rudy should learn from him. More
DIND'T PAID OFF MY OLD CAR AND I'M PAYING IT STILL!!ABSURD!! I tried to call and they informed that was delayed for some reason and now who pays the bill is the idiot customer. I called a hundred times and nobody answer the phone, they are awesome when you go buy their car, but if you need an assistance because of a problem caused by the HH Greg Nissan Kendal they don't answer the phone even try to solve your problem, this is happening just 20 days after I bought my new car. Week 1: Three weeks ago I was driving to Key West FL from Sar Ive never been treated or experienced anything like this in my 37 years. Heres my story. Week 1: Three weeks ago I was driving to Key West FL from Sarasota FL with dad for fathers day. I stopped to scope out a Volvo S90 Inscription Polestar edition (very specific car) at HGREG Kendall, loved it. On the way back stopped to test drive and hopefully buy. I was told that they could not find the keys. 45 minutes later, when i was walking out, the "manager" George approached me and apologized. He said he was going to buy the car for his father, thats why the keys are not there and if I would wait (an undisclosed amount of time) a locksmith can come cut a new key. We had an appointment closer to home that afternoon and at that point didn't feel comfortable working with these guys. He said he would get everything taken care of and even ship the car to me, so... ok, maybe we are alright here. The next day an associate called and said the keys are ready. He then asked for a down payment. At this point there wasn't even a contract written or financial information exchanged. I didnt know this associate (and he obviously did no research or prep for his call) so I called George and let him know i would test drive something similar, close to home, and wanted to see a contract for the car. Week 2: after multiple requests, i was finally able to provide my credit info and received the initial offer. After a few changes (which took days to get through) i accepted. I asked if a deposit was needed to hold the car and was told by George (the manager), "not at this time, thank you". He told me he would put the contract, as discussed, in the mail for me to sign but needed to wait on vehicle delivery due to the holiday weekend. Week 3: The holiday weekend passes, nothing. I ask about the contact early the following week and was told it would be to me in three days. Three days passes, i ask George about the contract today (end of week). An associate calls me and tell me the finance manager will call shortly to discuss the deal. You already know what happened dont you? Why would they need to discuss the deal if we already had one? I was curious. Just before the finance manager was "supposed to call" the associate called me back. He told me that unfortunately the car I wanted was sold last week!!! He then told mew not to sorry but he has the identical car for less money with less miles!!! No way! Turns out they were going to try and sell me a T5 Momentum (base model). For clarity sake here, The Polestar Group for Volvo is like AMG for Mercedes Benz or the M Series for BMW. How could anyone compare the two? So, at HGREG Nissan of Kendall Ive been lied to, i've been deceived, They tried to bait and switch me, and i've been treated like a fool. Most disrespectful experience i've been a part of in my adult life! If you plan to buy a car there, dont rust a word they say. More

I bought a Nissan Kicks 2019 back on February 2020 and they did a mistake to put on my contract an amount of $1.200,00 higher than what we agreed. Unfortunately, I realized a week later checking my financing account, and brought that to their attention. At first they acknowledge their mistake and we both signed a refund request on early March. But I wish the things were smooth as it looked like. More than 3 months has past since this refund request was signed and I still struggling to have my money back. Daily interest is being charged over this wrong amount which is making my car much more expensive than it supposed to be. I'm calling almost on a daily basis and spoke already with 5 different people, went personally there 5 times, all with no success. I will never consider HGREG again when buying my next car. More
We called and received a internet pricing for a 2020 Altima (which the salesman said was firm). This was a bait & switch, dishonest and very disappointing from a once respected Nissan dealership. We wasted 3-4 hours with them, thinking they were dealing honorably and earnestly with us. Very disappointing experience!! More
