Never going anywhere else for my car needs. Buying a car and dealing with a car salesman is always a downer for me but not anymore. I heard about H.M. Brown from a friend so I gave it a shot and I was so happy with how it went. Brandon listened to all my requirements for a car and then gave me the options to make the best choice. I tested out about 5 different cars. I never felt rushed or pressured (Except from my wife) to buy. They had many choices to choose from and all the cars were in great shape. The financing part, which can be even worse than choosing a car, was as smooth as can be. Brandon was able to get rates from MANY different credit unions to find me the best deal. Selling my car was done the same day. He was able to get bids from many different dealerships quickly to get me the best offer. Paper work was a breeze for Brandon was all ready when I arrived. Signed a few papers, got handed the keys and then Brandon took his time answering any questions I had about the car. There was never a "You can check your manual and read about it", it was, I will show you anything you want to learn about on your new car. I did have one problem with the door handle the same week I bought it. Most places would have told me that sale is over, you are on your own. Not Brandon, he said I will come pick it up, get it fixed and bring it back to you. That is how he got a customer for life in me. I couldn't recommend a better place to go for your next car! More
