This trip to H & H for me was a head lamp recall, an oil change and troubleshooting the window not rolling completely down.They confirmed the parts availability of a Recall at the time of the reservation. During the process, BOTH Dan and Terry checked the progress and status of my repairs and kept me informed. When all items were complete, both were once again present to discuss the final details with me when I came to pick it up. sorry I bought from H& H I called to schedule a part to be installed on my 2012 cruze. This was set for 10 days away. when I arrived, the girl in service said, " Im not sure I called to schedule a part to be installed on my 2012 cruze. This was set for 10 days away. when I arrived, the girl in service said, " Im not sure we have that part" I asked her if she was kidding....I made the apt 10 days ago. She shrugged her shoulders and informed me that the girls setting up appointments dont know what parts are needed or here?! After scheduling time off work to get this done and to be told that! Not good. After searching for about 15 minutes, she returns and tells me they have to go pick up the part, but that it can be done today! Craziest thing I ever heard. when picking up car after all that the bill was over $100.00 more than I was informed when setting this up. Again, blamming the girls up front, the price is wrong on website, etc. I asked if she would check on that further and she said she would and get back to me..... I have never heard a word from her yet! they never sent me a survey either of how service was. Go figure that. will never go there again to either buy or get service done! Ronell was a complete gentleman and attempted to smooth over things for me. Unfortunately the girl that helped is not listed for me to mark. More
