Called about my 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited, wanted the brakes checked, got an 845 AM appointment, Worked till 3 AM the night before, I bring in the Jeep, tell them what I'm there for,,Wyatt tells me hour brakes checked, got an 845 AM appointment, Worked till 3 AM the night before, I bring in the Jeep, tell them what I'm there for,,Wyatt tells me hour to an hour and a half, 2 hrs tops, to xx the brakes, 2 hours later, I ask Wyatt is the Jeep done yet. Wyatt tells me " They haven't looked at it yet, I didn't know you were waiting " xxx DUDE you just told me it would be ready in 2 hours tips, NOT TO MENTION when I made the appointment I specifically told them. " I AM LEAVING TOWN ON THE 7TH OF OCTOBER SO NO MATTER WHAT YOU FIND I NEED IT FIXED BY THEN" SO AFTE WAITING ABOTHER HOUR FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT. THEY TELL ME WE CANT DO THE WORK UNTILL THE 26TH.
