They Never Gave Up I have been having intermittent problems with the driver seat in my 2015 Stingray. We thought the problem was fixed but once again it reared it's ugly head. Terry, Doug and Joe dug right back in to the issue, ordered parts, fixed the problem, washed the car and took the time to explain the entire malfunction problem and the solution. All through the process I was informed as to what was going on and the expected resolution time. I came away with my expectations Greatly Exceeded by the Service, VIP Treatment and the Friendley nature of all the employees at H & H Chevrolet. Even though I did not purchase my Stingray from this dealership, I came away feeling like I had made a whole bunch of good friends. More

Purchase agreement and deposit means nothing at H & H On Friday 8/12 I negotiated to purchase a 2008 Mazda 3 from Josh at H&H. I completed a purchase agreement and put down a $500 deposit which I have doc On Friday 8/12 I negotiated to purchase a 2008 Mazda 3 from Josh at H&H. I completed a purchase agreement and put down a $500 deposit which I have documented on email. Josh assured me the vehicle was mine with the deposit and purchase agreement and I agreed to come into the dealership Saturday morning with the loan check that I secured from my credit union. Josh then sent me an email advising me that they sold the vehicle to someone else Friday evening. This vehicle was my son's first vehicle purchase and he was devastated to learn that the vehicle he bought was taken from him. The dealership literally sold him the vehicle and due to their lack of organization they sold the vehicle later that night to someone else. The dealership said they were sorry but that accident happen. The business should have a process in place to ensure this doesn't happen. I would never recommend working with this dealership. They crushed a 16 year olds dream and tell us accident happen. More
