Fast and friendly! Team was very friendly and car was done much sooner than anticipated. No reason to go anywhere else - They know me and they know my car. On a previous visit, there was a piece of trim under the frame that had come loose. I had no appointment and they had a tech look at it anyway. He said it was a quick fix, took the car and had it repaired in 15 minutes with no cost to me! How often does that happen? More

Service Department The thing that stood out to me this time I was at H&H for service is when I drove up to get in the line at the Service Dept., it was a long line -- ou The thing that stood out to me this time I was at H&H for service is when I drove up to get in the line at the Service Dept., it was a long line -- out the door! However, all of the service advisers were working quickly to get everyone checked in. I might have waited 2 minutes to get checked in. Equally, Doug Banks, my service adviser, had me checked out just as the vehicle was returned with the service completed. Impressive! More
