The reason for my service visit was taken care of in the time frame I was give. I picked up my car and drove straight home and was surprised to find out the collision sensers on the front of the car were n time frame I was give. I picked up my car and drove straight home and was surprised to find out the collision sensers on the front of the car were not functional, I usually use the sensors to show me how close the car is to the back wall of the garage but there was no indication that I was getting very close to the wall. I back out and took another run into the garage and no sensor feedback. Called H&H for an appointment to get the problem fixed, and the first available was 3 days later. 2 days later the sensors began to work and have continued to function tonight. Nobody from the service department contacted me to date which does surprise me some. More

I took my 2019 Silverado Trail Boss in to have them look at the Audio and figure out why it was not working. I worked with Josh Erspamer in the service dept. He advised that I could be charged for audio re at the Audio and figure out why it was not working. I worked with Josh Erspamer in the service dept. He advised that I could be charged for audio repairs unless I had an extended warranty. I found out that I had the Platinum Extended Warranty and it covered audio. I made an appointment and took it in. They said they fixed the issue with a simple update, and it was going to cost me $214. When I asked why I had to pay, Josh said that Audio is not covered after 3 years & 36K miles. It was like he forgot I had Platinum Warranty. So, I reminded him, and he said it's still not covered. I asked to speak to his manager and after arguing with me, he finally sent me to his voicemail. While waiting for the manager to return my call, I contacted my warranty company to ask why this was not covered. The gentlemen I spoke to said that its absolutely covered and that no one has called to file a claim for any Audio issues against my warranty. I called the manager at H&H again to inform him of this and eventually, he called back. I asked why Josh told me it wasn't covered, and I would have to pay. He said that their service reps deal with a lot of warranty companies and Josh assumed that my warranty company would not cover the charges and did not even call them to find out. Instead, he tried to charge me $214. Eventually, the manager was able to get it covered through my warranty and I came to pick up the truck. Guess what - the Audio still did not work. I had to take it back the next day for them to try again... Long story short, the service I received from Josh was poor & very unprofessional. He acted like he knew everything - a bit overconfident, which led to trying to charge me for something I should not have been charged. How many other people has he scammed like this? How many took his word for it and paid? Seems very illegal to me - almost like some kind of way to cheat customers out of money. I will never go back to H&H for any reason. More
Bought a 2019 certified corvette and it took over 30 days to get the license plate information to the court house. The dealership said that they would take care of any overage cost (which was a small amount to get the license plate information to the court house. The dealership said that they would take care of any overage cost (which was a small amount for interest) and any fines for no plates on the car (Thank goodness there were no fines) They have since not done that after repeated contacts with them. Their word was useless. So far I have not had any major problems with the car but……. I would not do business with them unless I could “camp” on their doorstep. More
Jantai Smith was great! I had to bring my toddler daughter with me and he was more than patient with her and I while we went through everything.
