I traded in my car from a different state and the title wasn’t in my name. I had to go around to different places to get the title in my name but I was never given information about a vehicle inspection for my license plates, and this was after I traded in my old vehicle. All I know is that I will use my maintenance warranty I bought with dealership, but I am never doing any type of business with them ever again. More

Biggest waste of 3 months in my life!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a vehicle that was attempted to be stolen requiring a new ignition. I dropped my vehicle off towards the If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a vehicle that was attempted to be stolen requiring a new ignition. I dropped my vehicle off towards the end of July and waited for an estimate. A month later with no reply and a few calls where the adjuster was "off for the day" I finally got the quote. I contacted them to get it going and worked on. Another month later I contacted them again to see what the status on the vehicle was. I was told that they didn't even have it in the system and that they would get it going. During this time I contacted other dealerships about the problem and they were able to give me quotes over the phone for less than HALF the price they were charging me. I wanted to get it done and being how it won't start I would have to have it towed and cost time and money I decided to continue to let them work on it. And I say "off for the day" because of the 20 times I called them 17 times he was "off for the day." Finally I got ahold of my adjuster and was told the parts were in their way and would start to be worked on. A week later I called to check on the status and he said they were running behind and getting ready to work on it. I waited a few more days and called him back and he said they were working on now and if no problems were found it would be ready in a day or two. I just talked to the manager and he informed me that they had not even started working on it and were waiting for parts. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating few months of my life. Now I had to get it towed elsewhere because I wouldn't give them the toilet paper I wipe my butt with and hope nobody else has to deal with their putrid system of giving you the go around and never accomplishing anything.
