Mike Morris is a great salesman and he made my visit a pleasure. I got a great price off the Internet listing and there were no surprises. The dealership price was far below the other Nissan dealers. I am happy to say that I am pleased with my experience at Gwinnett Nissan!!! I was greeted and welcomed into the dealership in a timely manner. I was escorted in and was offered to have a seat while waiting on my representative. I was so pleased with my experience that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This was my third Nissan dealership that I would be coming in contact with and I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and they were willing to help me. The representative name Noe who I had been working with over the phone by setting up an appointment was unavailable at the time, so I was introduce to the salesman name Mike Morris, which is his floor partner. He was very excited about the cars and willing to help me find what I was looking for. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I’m a female. I was by myself on the lot so therefore I was calling my parents and boyfriend to make sure I was not being scammed!!!!! Mike took his time, explained and answered any questions that I had. I test drove three vehicles until I found the car that I was in love with. He pulled up the car fax for me and did not pressure me to make any decisions. There was a time that I was stress with myself because it takes me a long time to make a decision especially when it’s a couple of years commitment. I felt like he was very honest with me and he took the time to make sure that this was a decision that I was comfortable with. He went to his manager several times in order to get the best deal that I was looking for. I was so pleased because he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it an experience to remember. I would also like to add that Sladjana Tahirovic the finance manager was also great. She explained so much to me and has kept in contact to make sure that I understand the documents that I signed. I have had my car for three days now, and I have received callbacks from Mike, Noe, and Sladjana which is extraordinary customer service. They all have done follow-ups, which says a lot about a dealership that is providing great service. I would recommend this dealership on top of all the other dealerships that I have come in contact with. This dealership is not the closest one to my house, it is actually 45 minutes from my home, but great customer service is what I was looking for along with the perfect vehicle for me. I would like to say job well done to Mike Morris and team members at Gwinnett Nissan!! More
I wanted to write a review of my experience with buying a Nissan from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I did extensive research on the truck that I wanted to buy and called every dealership within 75 miles of Atlant Nissan from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I did extensive research on the truck that I wanted to buy and called every dealership within 75 miles of Atlanta. The reason why I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan was because of the service I had, especially with Mike Morris. On the phone he was pleasant and able to tell me exactly the information that I needed. Out of all the dealerships, he was the only person that I spoke to that did not put pressure on me to come in and buy a truck. After all my research I reached out to him to look at the trucks I was interested in. He was able to give me the exact truck I wanted with the exact requirements I had, he did not try to add extra costs and gave me the best price out of every dealership for my 2009 Nissan Frontier. I was even able to trade my old truck in which other dealerships wouldn't even take. I am in the sales business and know when people are "selling" you, but Mike took the time to listen to what we wanted when buying a truck, found out what our needs were and what we were looking to pay. He made it happen without the sales pressure. I bought the truck in April 2009 and since then Mike's follow up has been impressive with checking on us and seeing if we need anything for our truck. I have sent several other folks to him to buy a car and will continue to recommend him. More
I went to this dealership and the salesman Carl Whipple was so rude and arrogant. I asked for several cars to look at and he acted as though he didnt want to even take the time to show us. My wife and I was so rude and arrogant. I asked for several cars to look at and he acted as though he didnt want to even take the time to show us. My wife and I explained to him that we wasnt quite sure what we wanted and wanted to way our options. He simply told us to leave "his dealership and stop wasting his time" and to come back when we were serious and ready to buy. We have never been treated so badly at a dealership. While we were there, he got into it with another salesman and had to be called into the manager's office. If this it the type of people they employee I encourage all paying carbuyers to stay away from Gwinnett Place Nissan and take your business elsewhere. We did and purchased a Honda Accord and love it and was treated with the respect that we deserved. More

The waisted almost 2 hours talking about the great cars they have, showing me several cars, and I repeted how much I would spend ONLY. They showed me a car, made me to test drive believing the car was between my money range. Afer all that time wasted they come with a offer of $20.000 before tax for a Altima 2007 with 51.000 mil. ARE THEY CRAZY?? OR UNRESPECTFUL? MADE US WAIST 2 HOURS FOR IT? Latter when they saw how badly they screw up they came with an idea to push a brand new car with very low rate AND WAIST MORE OUR TIME. WILL NEVER STEP THERE AGAIN!!! THEY DON'T HAVE A PRICE LIST FOR EACH CAR, THEY CREATE A PRICE BASED ON HOW YOU LOOKS. More
I went in for warranty work (motor mount had broken) on Nissan Murano. They only replaced the motor mount, none of the attaching equipment that also broke due to the motor mount breaking. They also did not Nissan Murano. They only replaced the motor mount, none of the attaching equipment that also broke due to the motor mount breaking. They also did not replace all of the retaining buttons from covers. When I went back with pictures to ask them about this they argued with me. The service person told me that I did not tell him to fix the other stuff (I asked him who was the mechanic not me). I did not know the rest of the stuff was broken until I got home lying down on the floor to proof their work. After going back forth for 45 min: they finally decided to get the service manager and he said fix the car. More

However, after the stupid salesman, who cant really speak English, talked with the manager. They decided I am not intended to buy that car so that they didn't let me to test drive it. Therefore, I went to Honda and drove out a 09 Civic with 100% satisfaction. Thanks Nissan, I got a more powerful Honda Civic! GP Nissan intends to jerk customers around! SO beware buyers! BTW, I found that the nitrogen for tires cost $400 and the document fees is $1000. Never see those in my car searching progress. That is absolutely a rip-off! More
went in to buy a pathfinder. They gave me a carfax report about the car that was not the right one. then they played it off as the rest of it was not in the computer yet and tryed to pull a fast one w report about the car that was not the right one. then they played it off as the rest of it was not in the computer yet and tryed to pull a fast one with my. Next as i am making a deal on the purchase of this car the other sales man was trying to say someone else wants the car and i have to write it NOW/ He has to show it, etc. Then i said so show it to them and there was no customers to be found. I will never go back there and I am so so so glad I did not get the car there. They are dishonest and not a very good dealership. They all work together on being dishonest. THEN the best is when we tried to do the contract. They try to charge you a extra fee for destination and tires the air is 300 extra.also 1000. extra for getting the car to the lot. something new called RIP OFF , I MEAN DESTINATION FEE. IMAGINE! I did not ask for this car it was sitting there in the lot. they want me to pay destination fee for getting it there from the AUCTION. they brought it from the auction why should i pay for that and tire air Imagine. Give me a break! Crooks and wasted my time!!! Dont buy there BEWARE I am going to report them to the Nissan Industy for a shady dealership! HOpe this helps all you honest people trying to just buy a car or truck. Dont go. go to another dealer...Go to another dealer. the experience was draining... More
They lied, lied, lied. Don't think you have a deal They lied, lied, lied. Don't think you have a deal when finally agree on a price and just go back to sign the paperwork. After I continually t They lied, lied, lied. Don't think you have a deal when finally agree on a price and just go back to sign the paperwork. After I continually turned down repeated sales pitches to buy extended warranties and service plans, Christian in the Finance Department at Gwinnett Place Nissan told me, "Look. You have to buy something. The only way we agreed to the deal was thinking you would buy one of the service plans on the tail end." He indicated that if I didn't purchase one of the add-ons, the deal was off. I ended up purchasing a service plan which he said cost $1,650, but in reviewing the paperwork later, I realized, he had charged me $3,600 total in extra fees beyond the "agreed upon" purchase price. Gwinnett Place Nissan advertised the vehicle on the internet as a Nissan certified pre-owned vehicle for a certain price, but when we got there, they said that it would cost extra to get the certification, which included an 84 month, 100,000 mile warranty (which is what we ended up paying $1,650 for, in addition to the $2,000 in otherwise undisclosed add-on fees). They also said they made a "mistake" in listing the vehicle on the internet (and on the lot for $1,000 more), as it was "supposed" to be listed for $4,000 more than the internet price and $3,000 more than the price as listed on the lot. Great place. Will NEVER go back. More
We were researching a Nissan Pathfinder and found ourselves at GPN, where we were met by a friendly sales lady. She immediately took us on a test drive of a vehicle which we fell in love with. We w ourselves at GPN, where we were met by a friendly sales lady. She immediately took us on a test drive of a vehicle which we fell in love with. We went back to the dealership and began negotiating with her. She got to a point where she had to go get her manager, who came over and introduced himself. They both said they would be back shortly but it was obvious that the manager had called a meeting of all staff in the middle of our deal. The staff meeting lasted 30 mins before the manager came back to discuss the vehicle with us further. He pulled out an invoice and showed us what he supposedly paid for the vehicle, and proceeded to ask what WE thought he deserved in profit!! We told him the price we were looking for and he turned into a jerk. The poor sales lady was horrified that he was so rude to us and immediately lost our business. We were fully expecting a negotiation, not an attitude. He pushed us out the door and stood up to shake our hand, saying there was nothing he could do for us. He let us walk out with no further discussion. He lost our business instantly. So, here's the question...so many people on this review page have nothing good to say about the dealership. How do they stay in business?? More
