Salesman, Marco, may have slightly oversold what types of cosmetic repairs the dealership would normally do for a used car prior to sale, but he was otherwise very courteous and eager to please. While it took about a month to get everything initially promised worked out, the dealership management that I worked with (Bart and Ed) really went above and beyond in making sure they stood behind their word. The entire scenario is more than anyone wants to read here, but know this: They were FAIR and HONEST in meeting my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Mimi, their Customer Relationship Manager (I believe that is her title) was utterly EXCEPTIONAL in her follow-up and communication during the entire process. She ensured that I was informed every step of the way of any progress and was always extremely pleasant to deal with. Most dealerships struggle with the concept of service after the sale, particularly on used vehicles where everything is generally "as-is," but not here.....and that is largely due to Mimi. Kudos to Gwinnett Place Nissan for investing in someone to manage this oft-overlooked aspect of the car business and DOUBLE-kudos for hiring Mimi for the job. She should be paid TRIPLE whatever they're paying her. She's literally THAT GOOD. Thanks again to Bart, Mimi, Ed and Marco. You'll be on my radar for future purchases as a result of the exemplary service you all provided. More

They sent our information out to 25 and counting finance companies and banks. I received more rejections today. My credit score has dropped several points. They should warn you before they send out your information. They literally ruined my scores and my poor grandson who had no credit all. Never use them More

I just purchased a pre-owned LS460 from Brian Kim at Gwinnett Nissan. I visited a lot of dealerships, and I wish I would have started here first. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Brian was great to work with, never pushy, always eager to answer all of my questions, accommodating to a fault, and his management team was equally eager to earn my business. The vehicle was expertly cleaned, detailed and maintained, which gave me confidence in making my buying decision. Most importantly, their pricing and negotiating was always fair and transparent. Nissan 370z Recently bought a fairly new car for my wife, had it about a week and found out that Air condition not working. The car I bought was certified. Everything suppose to be checked even if it have a factory warranty or not. The car have only 12000 miles on it, I shouldn't even have to buy extended warranty but the sales manager keeps on pushing. There is NO other dealership in Gwinnett County that has the dedicated employees as Gwinnett Place Nissan has. I have worked with J.P. Gibson, whom is a young product specialist. I purchased two vehicles from him this year. The finance manager, Ryan Little, is a very honest, fair, and caring individual. It is very difficult to find people like Mr. Little whom you know has your best interest at heart and genuinely cares about you as an individual. Regarding the Service Department, I have worked with Alex Catalfano as my service advisor. I trust him and his judgment 100%. If he tells me they (technicians) have discovered something which needs to be replaced or repaired, they always give me options. They don't start working on it without FIRST telling me how much this particular issue is going to cost me. I love this place because of the people. The quality of vehicles is exceptional, but most importantly, working with people -- particularly car salesman and service advisors -- stands out more than their desire to make a profit. Recently, a nail was found by Pete, a service technician. I immediately said let's put a new tire on. He told me that he can simply patch up the area where the nail was instead of me buying a new tire. This kind of honesty and genuine concern makes Gwinnett Place Nissan the dealership other dealerships envy, and they set the standards for all others to follow. Gwinnett Place Nissan is a true asset to Gwinnett County. More
