I set up an appointment with Marcus for 7am. I got there at about 6:40am. Doors were opened on time and as usual I was met with a friendly greeting from the staff. I didn’t wait because I knew i I got there at about 6:40am. Doors were opened on time and as usual I was met with a friendly greeting from the staff. I didn’t wait because I knew it would be a while before my car was ready but I love how they immediately send alerts to your phone to let you know the status of your car. In about 2.5hrs my car was ready and when I went to pay for my services Marcus applied some coupons that saved me some money. I live almost 30 miles from this dealership and Marcus is the reason that I keep coming back. He is very professional and provides excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning. More
