The brand new vehicle I purchased unfortunately had some issues with the emergency system. It was alerting me of things that were not occurring. I understand that these things sometimes happen. I want to add having a positive attitude helps tremendously. The maintenance department was diligent with finding the root of the problem. They were also so courteous and accommodating. I’m happy to say my car is running efficiently. I’m so very happy about that and it’s good to know that my car is in good hands should I ever need them again. More

Called to schedule appt as my car is under warranty and I'm having issues with reliable android auto connection. They advised me I have to schedule on a specific day due to electrician availability, I picked Friday at 12pm. After waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours, I checked the link they gave me and my car had not even passed checkin status. 3 hours! I text my rep and after 25 minutes he finally replied that it has not even been inspected yet. I walked to the counter and demanded my car back immediately. No one had the audacity to even give me any info 3 hours in to appointment, I pulled it up and saw it didn't move. Appointments are useless and this process has to change at this location. They knew they were overbooked and understaffed (he told me) and could have easily advised me 30 min in that I should rebook. No apology was given, no manager came to speak to me at all while I was asking for my car back. They simply do not care.I left a message for the manager and no reply. I've reached out to a consumer affairs person to report this experience. I have 3 nissans and will never return to this dealership again for any sales or service after wasting 5 hours of my day (drive time & wait time). Do yourself a favor and pull up recent reviews prior to doing business with them. Side note: when I purchased my car in 2023 I was told I'd get a free tank of gas if I filled out a review and my 1st 3 oil changes free. I didn't receive a survey and I kept reaching out to my rep and they gave me only 1 oil change. More
