I was quoted a drive out quote on the Internet by salesman Hamilton and then when got their to purchase the vehicle. They wanted at least $1000 more for the paint quoting and mud flaps so I walked out of the place very angry. After few days they contacted me and wanted to work with me and I told them the final purchase price was much cheaper than their offer. They told me to come in and they will work it out. It took 5 hours in back and forth negotioations even when I had quote from one other dealer. When I asked about the service coupon book or first oil change being free. The salesman response was yes we take care of our customers and first oil change is free. After purchasing the car and having 4500 miles on it, I contacted the service department and told them that I was told that first oil change is free. The lady I believe the name was Gena told me that's not the case and transferred me to the Internet Sales Manager. Who was very rude and basically said If you don't have it from us in writing than it is not free. I explained it to him the situation but he was still rude, so after few sentences I pretty much told him that I will never buty or recommend anyone to buy Honda from Gwinnett Place Honda. They will never ever have any business from me again. More
I contacted the dealership through the Internet. They responded quickly and politely. I made several requests for information and received timely manner. I visited the dealership after getting all my inf responded quickly and politely. I made several requests for information and received timely manner. I visited the dealership after getting all my information togther and when I compared my numbers to theirs there were no surprises. They were very friendly and helpful and delivered a fair price. I did not go with them in the end but it was not because of price or their service...it was their location relative to the dealer we ultimately went with. I would recommend them to anyone! Had a very enjoyable experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. I am very skeptical when it comes to visiting a car dealership. This experience has changed my opinion for the better. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of buying a certified used car at Gwinnett Place Honda. I first spoke with Tim Kettler on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, and he was very professional and ans used car at Gwinnett Place Honda. I first spoke with Tim Kettler on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, and he was very professional and answered all of my questions. When I visited the dealership, I worked with Ted Kapsch. He was professional, friendly, and honest and I felt very at ease working and talking with him. He was very knowledgeable about the car in which I was interested and was not pushy about trying to sell the car. When it came to signing the paperwork, I worked with Tim, and the process went very smoothly. He was upfront, honest, and honored a lower price for the car that was advertised on the Honda website, which saved me a good amount of money. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and definitely feel that, not only did I get a great car for a great price, but I was also treated with respect throughout the whole car-buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car, and greatly appreciate Tim's and Ted's hard work. More
Usually the process of purchasing a new car is very intimidating, but not so with Tim Kettler at Gwinnett Place Honda. From my first inquiry by email, Tim was able to quickly locate the specific color intimidating, but not so with Tim Kettler at Gwinnett Place Honda. From my first inquiry by email, Tim was able to quickly locate the specific color car I was looking for and set it aside until I came in for the test drive. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision on the spot. In fact, I found that although I loved the car, I did not feel the same about the color. Tim was very understanding and allowed me to view the other colors available and gave me plenty of time to come to a decision. I told Tim I would be back the next day with my husband and when we arrived, he had the car in question ready to bring up front. This was to be my car and my husband knew, after all my research, if I was happy with it after the test drive, we would move on to the next step. Of course there is always the song and dance of negotiations, but we left there that day satisfied with the outcome. I now have a great car at a great price and with the unexpected surprise of having the few accessories I decided on installed before we left. Tim did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend him more. He was quick in finding me the information I needed, gave me the time I needed to come to my decision, and was very efficient when it came time to do the paperwork. He was also able to find a service tech on a busy Saturday install the accessories I chose before we left. My husband and I are very pleased...Thank you Tim! More

Tim was very upfront and honest and asked what he could do to earn my business. I was working with two other dealers at the same time, but my first face to face appointment was with Tim at Gwinnett Place Honda. Our situation presented a host of challenges for Tim, but he was able to work through them respectively and come back with a great deal on a car for our daughter. Once onsite and after meeting with Tim, it became very apparent that this was a place where we wanted to do business. The car we purchased literally had just come in on the truck and had not yet been through your PDI process. Tim was able to expedite the PDI process and get the car ready for delivery in a very short timeframe. Our total time on the lot was less than two hours and just very pleased with the buying experience. Additionally, the one part of the buying experience that I hate is dealing with the finance manager. It’s usually a high pressured experience to take additional services, warranties, etc…. Marco was our FM and I have to say he was great. Simply laid out the options and commented on pro’s/con’s and let us make the decision without all the pressure! We did purchase an extended warranty. Overall, these two gentlemen are top notch and the reason we went with Honda! I look forward to continued business in the future. Thanks! More
