I purchased my 2005 Honda Odyssey in February 2010 and have called Paul several times to help resolve some issues. I recently called with some questions after not having talked to him for about 6 months and he still remembered who I was!! He even remembered my little boy's name. I was really impressed with that and wanted to make sure he would receive some recognition for his outstanding service. If I ever know of anyone looking to purchase a Honda vehicle, I will DEFINITELY refer them to Paul!! More
I had done my internet research and located the Ridgelines that looked about right for me. When I sent the inquiry to GPH, Reggie responded right away. We met the next day and found what seemed to be a great candidate, but no matter how hard the sales staff tried they couldn't get to my budget line. As we were leaving, Reggie noticed a Ridgeline that had come in on trade the previous day, and hadn't even been cleaned up yet. He offered me a chance to check it out and WOW! It was perfect. After lots of discussion with sales managers, the staff were able to bring the truck up to my specs and down to my budget line. GREAT WORK! And Reggie was the guy who made it all happen. My thanks to him - excellent customer service, good intuition on what would work, and a good listener too. Way to go GPH! More
The salesperson was friendly and professional. I've done my price research in advance, so I knew what I wanted to pay. I was expecting the usual BS: "I need to talk with my manager, etc.". The whole transaction, including the paperwork took less than two hours. All additional options were clearly explained to me, but no pressure to buy things I didn't need. It was very pleasant experience overall and I will definitely be bringing my car back for service. More

I honestly couldn't be happier...with my new CR-V and with the experience Dann Long and Dennis Hamilton (and Sara and Marcos) provided at Gwinnett Place Honda. I want you to know that I visited two othe with the experience Dann Long and Dennis Hamilton (and Sara and Marcos) provided at Gwinnett Place Honda. I want you to know that I visited two other Honda dealerships in the process of buying this car and didn't get half the service, candor or information that this team gave me. I appreciate that everyone stayed late and that they were all honest and up front with the information. Dennis was remarkably well-versed on the CR-V and knew things that the other two dealers surprisingly did not. (For instance, when I asked one of the other dealers if the rear seats had any way to lock them in the rolled forward position, I was told No, they didn't...but that it would take a good deal of acceleration to make them roll backwards. My concern was that a dog could be standing right behind that seat and have it land on them. Anyway, Dennis (before I even asked) rolled the seat forward and showed me how to latch it so that it wouldn't roll backwards. Needless to say, I was very impressed, and relieved.) There were no surprises in the price...it was all spelled out in the original quote email. The base quote was lower than I was quoted through my insurance, USAA, and the lowest I've seen since I began looking at CR-V's. When I asked Dann about the cost of Dealer Added Accessories, he admitted that those would be additional cost and probably around $300. He was right on the money, so I wasn't blind-sided by extra costs upon arrival at the dealership. What he wrote was what it cost and that is the most respectable aspect of my experience. More

I gave this rating because it was deserved and I am very pleased with the service I have received from not only the salesman and manager, but the dealership as an whole. Everyone was great! I had wrecked my Honda Hybrid and was considering purchasing a new car. Being carless, I was using the internet for my preliminary shopping. I had looked at the Honda Fit and it was one of my top 2 purchasing a new car. Being carless, I was using the internet for my preliminary shopping. I had looked at the Honda Fit and it was one of my top 2 choices. I wrote requesting a price. I had gotten several responses and was told by others to call the dealership, which was not what I had requested. Mr. Butt gave me the information I needed. He called me a few hours later and asked if I had received his information. I told him I would not be able to come visit or make any decision until after the weekend. He was informative, polite, and kind. He did not pressure me in any way. I think internet buyers are not the same as the buyers who walk onto the lot. Mr. Butt respected my knowledge of the car and that I was only looking for a few extra pieces, price and a test ride. He didn't tell me about the cup-holders or the pen-holder in the glove box, he realized that would not help him make the sale. He respected me and my decision-making capabilities. When I told him on Monday that I had decided to repair my Hybrid instead of buying a new car he was understanding and polite. He didn't make a sale, but he did gain my respect. I will look for him in the future and hope he will be at Gwinnett Place Honda. (By the way, my Hybrid was purchased via internet at GPH in 2002, for 2003 civic) More
