I honestly couldn't be happier...with my new CR-V and with the experience Dann Long and Dennis Hamilton (and Sara and Marcos) provided at Gwinnett Place Honda. I want you to know that I visited two other Honda dealerships in the process of buying this car and didn't get half the service, candor or information that this team gave me. I appreciate that everyone stayed late and that they were all honest and up front with the information. Dennis was remarkably well-versed on the CR-V and knew things that the other two dealers surprisingly did not. (For instance, when I asked one of the other dealers if the rear seats had any way to lock them in the rolled forward position, I was told No, they didn't...but that it would take a good deal of acceleration to make them roll backwards. My concern was that a dog could be standing right behind that seat and have it land on them. Anyway, Dennis (before I even asked) rolled the seat forward and showed me how to latch it so that it wouldn't roll backwards. Needless to say, I was very impressed, and relieved.) There were no surprises in the price...it was all spelled out in the original quote email. The base quote was lower than I was quoted through my insurance, USAA, and the lowest I've seen since I began looking at CR-V's. When I asked Dann about the cost of Dealer Added Accessories, he admitted that those would be additional cost and probably around $300. He was right on the money, so I wasn't blind-sided by extra costs upon arrival at the dealership. What he wrote was what it cost and that is the most respectable aspect of my experience. More
It was a great pleasure working with Mr. Louis on buying my new 2011 Pilot. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and personable with me as though we had known each other for years. I gave this rating because it was deserved and I am very pleased with the service I have received from not only the salesman and manager, but the dealership as an whole. Everyone was great! I had wrecked my Honda Hybrid and was considering purchasing a new car. Being carless, I was using the internet for my preliminary shopping. I had looked at the Honda Fit and it was one of my top 2 purchasing a new car. Being carless, I was using the internet for my preliminary shopping. I had looked at the Honda Fit and it was one of my top 2 choices. I wrote requesting a price. I had gotten several responses and was told by others to call the dealership, which was not what I had requested. Mr. Butt gave me the information I needed. He called me a few hours later and asked if I had received his information. I told him I would not be able to come visit or make any decision until after the weekend. He was informative, polite, and kind. He did not pressure me in any way. I think internet buyers are not the same as the buyers who walk onto the lot. Mr. Butt respected my knowledge of the car and that I was only looking for a few extra pieces, price and a test ride. He didn't tell me about the cup-holders or the pen-holder in the glove box, he realized that would not help him make the sale. He respected me and my decision-making capabilities. When I told him on Monday that I had decided to repair my Hybrid instead of buying a new car he was understanding and polite. He didn't make a sale, but he did gain my respect. I will look for him in the future and hope he will be at Gwinnett Place Honda. (By the way, my Hybrid was purchased via internet at GPH in 2002, for 2003 civic) More

Great experience from start to finish. I went there just to look at cars and just loved the odyssey so much i decided to lease one. If you just want a great deal on a great car without any of the usual car dealer games, then i suggest you shop here. I have gone through about 5 cars in 6 years, including two caddys one dodge, and one infinity. This is my second honda (both from this dealer) and the experience I had is the new standard by which all other dealers will be judged. More
Reggie was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. I drove from Birmingham to Atlanta to purchase my vehicle because Gwinnett Place Honda was able to be beat my local dealer o throughout the process. Assuming I do not incur any significant unexpected taxes/fees from buying a car out-of-state, I would recommend GPH and Reggie to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. More

From the initial handoff from Jim Daley to Dann Long, to the "can do" attitude of Dann, who quickly located the right 2011 Pilot AWD from your Memphis dealership, to the trade in team that evaluated my 2009 Jetta trade in, providing a fair offer, your team worked like a Nascar Pit Crew, completing a complicated transaction in record time (Monday to Wednesday, signed sealed and delivered.). I commend the entire team, including Chad Mills; Marco Van Bastelaar (Marco made the administrative part of the process easy, and demonstrated value in the extended warranty and maintenance programs, which I purchased); Ted; Kathleen, who shared with me the options available for the 2011 Pilot (thanks to her help, I'll be returning for a cargo cover, mat and all weather floor mats); to the service/prep team that worked to ensure the car was in exceptional condition; and all the others behind the scenes for a job well done.
