Gwinnett Place Honda

Had car repaired on 06/27/2011. Picked card up on 06/28/2011 for a cost of $930.00. Made one stop at QT down the street after picking car up to gas up. No problem with the car. Stopped at Auto Zo 06/28/2011 for a cost of $930.00. Made one stop at QT down the street after picking car up to gas up. No problem with the car. Stopped at Auto Zone Parts Store, approx. 34.16 miles further, to return supposedly bad battery for refund. Proceeded to leave; enter car, turn the key in the ignition and car went click, click, clicking and would not start. Contacted Honda that sent out the State Wide Towing Company to tow car back to shop. Now I had to sit in this car for approximatly 1 1/2 hours waiting for the tow truck. I attempted to show the tow truck driver that the car would not start, but it started. This is the problem that I was under the impression had been repaired. The car will drive like a new car with no apparent problems, then you may park this car someplace and the car will not start. You can wait 2, 3, or more hours and go back to get the car and it will crank until the next time it happens. Once the car sits it will eventually start except on Monday, it wouldn't ever crank & there was no sound at all. Had it towed to Gwinnett Place Honda. Now I sit here with no car. More

I was afraid i would have to work around the salesman attitude i got 10 years ago when i purchased my last car and was pleasantly suprised by Reggie and Mr. Myrick from the finance department. They were freindly, patient, understanding and helpful. I tried out several cars and Reggie said each time for me to take my time that he was there for me and he answered all my questions and was helpful when i needed some honest opinions about what to think about. For me I dont purchase cars alot and this was the first time doing it alone with no one to call or come with me and i felt good after leaving with my 2010 Honda Fit Sport. Im not a sports car kind of girl but it has all the options and room i could have hoped for. He answered any and all questions I had about the car - followed up with every email I sent inquiring about the car also with a phone call - you can't get any better than that. I had a minor issue that I had to take to a Hyundai Dealership as the car I purchased was still under warranty - the Hyundai Dealership would not honor the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for this (minor) repair. I contacted Gwinnett Place Honda Internet Sales department and they decided to reimburse me for the repair. I know many other dealerships once you had purchased the car - you would have been stuck with whatever but not with GPH - they seem to really care about their customers. I actually came to this dealership with high recommendations from my office co-workers who had purchased cars from GPH and I can now see why they gave GPH high recommendations - they are the best. I like dealing with honest people and people of integrity - you will find that here at this dealership -they stand behind their word. I plan on going back in the near future to purchase my dream car - a brand new Honda Accord (V-6 fully loaded).
