I researched my car over the internet. Gwinnett Place offered a cannot-be-beaten price on a new car. When I went to the dealership and looked at the car, I concluded the car I had been shopping for was n offered a cannot-be-beaten price on a new car. When I went to the dealership and looked at the car, I concluded the car I had been shopping for was not my best choice for the specialized use I have for my car, and decided to buy a different model - and a used car. No problem. There was no pressure to buy the new car, and these men were happy to help me with a completely different purchase than I had originally intended. The price on the used vehicle was also a good price for age and mileage. I left a happy customer in a Certified Used Car that is exactly what I needed. More
My husband and I have made at least two trips to the Gwinnett Place Honda. We were greeted each time by the receptionist, BETSY. Not only did she greet us courteously and professionally but she treated us as if she genuinely cared about us. In a world of rudeness, lack of manners and gross unprofessionalism, it is certainly refreshing to encounter people like BETSY during the course of our hectic lives. I do hope that you as managers will take the time and effort to reward her (with action, not just talk) and encourage her to keep up her great attitude. In these days of indifference, attitude has a critical impact on how potential customers perceive your business. I am a very critical businessperson and consumer and I know very well the impression that is made by the person that greets incoming customers. Many businesses today, small and large, are suffering in this category and I hope you will appreciate what you have. This is what makes people like me become customers for you! BETSY ROCKS BIG!!!! P. Bought a Certified pre-owned 2007 Honda Odyssey at Honda Gwinnett Place. The salesman (Mansoor Butt) was very diligent, knowledgable and helpful throughout the car-buying process. Since we have made the purchase, Mansoor continued to follow up to ensure that we are happy with our purchase; returning our calls promptly for any pending issues we had (e.g. missing dvd remote, floor mat and some other items). He also faciliated the repair of small dings and dents on the car and even fought with the body shop to make sure the dents/digs get fixed. Mansoor did a great job! The only issue we had is the quality of work (not the salesman fault) - who ever did the 150-point inpection did a sloppy job. Ours is certified pre-owned but when we got it, we had to go back to the dealership because it was out of alignment bigtime, wheels were not balanced, some of the dash lights were out, noise issues. I doubt if the car was thoroughly checked before putting it on sale. So my advice, when buying a used car, even if it is a CERTIFIED pre-owned car, it's best to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. More
i was in an accident on the fourth of dec. and needed a new car. i looked and looked , so i went on the internet left my number, name, info, etc.. half a day goes by and reggie contacted me. wow, no small new car. i looked and looked , so i went on the internet left my number, name, info, etc.. half a day goes by and reggie contacted me. wow, no small talk just straight foward answers. finally, some one who just told me straight out. we looked at used, i picked out a few , i told him my budget; he did some research called me back the next day it was good. still wanting the best deal i visited some other dealerships, honda in woodstock where i worked by. terrible wanted my money not the dealer/friend realationship, just spend and get this over with. then to vw dealer in roswell, wow how too buiness sale sale sale. they almost forced a lease on you and if you like to finance you dont have enough money. very very dissappointed!! :( anyway, a few more days went by reggie called me again i went to look for new cars and price, couldnt believe how much he cared, very loose but casual and professional. i was excited, still i wanted the best deal. i negociated a great price even extended the warranty. i would recommend gwinnett place honda to anyone , why simple 1)they dont rush 2) the cut otu the small talk 3) great value: soooo thanks reggie and gwinnett place honda! :) ben curtright More

I purchased my 2005 Honda Odyssey in February 2010 and have called Paul several times to help resolve some issues. I recently called with some questions after not having talked to him for about 6 months and he still remembered who I was!! He even remembered my little boy's name. I was really impressed with that and wanted to make sure he would receive some recognition for his outstanding service. If I ever know of anyone looking to purchase a Honda vehicle, I will DEFINITELY refer them to Paul!! More

We met the next day and found what seemed to be a great candidate, but no matter how hard the sales staff tried they couldn't get to my budget line. As we were leaving, Reggie noticed a Ridgeline that had come in on trade the previous day, and hadn't even been cleaned up yet. He offered me a chance to check it out and WOW! It was perfect. After lots of discussion with sales managers, the staff were able to bring the truck up to my specs and down to my budget line. GREAT WORK! And Reggie was the guy who made it all happen. My thanks to him - excellent customer service, good intuition on what would work, and a good listener too. Way to go GPH! More
The salesperson was friendly and professional. I've done my price research in advance, so I knew what I wanted to pay. I was expecting the usual BS: "I need to talk with my manager, etc.". The whole transaction, including the paperwork took less than two hours. All additional options were clearly explained to me, but no pressure to buy things I didn't need. It was very pleasant experience overall and I will definitely be bringing my car back for service. More
