I was afraid i would have to work around the salesman attitude i got 10 years ago when i purchased my last car and was pleasantly suprised by Reggie and Mr. Myrick from the finance department. They were freindly, patient, understanding and helpful. I tried out several cars and Reggie said each time for me to take my time that he was there for me and he answered all my questions and was helpful when i needed some honest opinions about what to think about. For me I dont purchase cars alot and this was the first time doing it alone with no one to call or come with me and i felt good after leaving with my 2010 Honda Fit Sport. Im not a sports car kind of girl but it has all the options and room i could have hoped for. I would recomend Reginald Demande from sales and Mr. Myrick from finance dept to anyone and everyone who i know is looking for a car. Plus i was pleased when i saw they were rated #1 by the BBB(better business bureau) for their Ethics. More
I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Sonata from Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH) thru the Internet Sales Department and I high recommend this dealership. He answered any and all questions I had about the car - followed up with every email I sent inquiring about the car also with a phone call - you can't get any better than that. I had a minor issue that I had to take to a Hyundai Dealership as the car I purchased was still under warranty - the Hyundai Dealership would not honor the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for this (minor) repair. I contacted Gwinnett Place Honda Internet Sales department and they decided to reimburse me for the repair. I know many other dealerships once you had purchased the car - you would have been stuck with whatever but not with GPH - they seem to really care about their customers. I actually came to this dealership with high recommendations from my office co-workers who had purchased cars from GPH and I can now see why they gave GPH high recommendations - they are the best. I like dealing with honest people and people of integrity - you will find that here at this dealership -they stand behind their word. I plan on going back in the near future to purchase my dream car - a brand new Honda Accord (V-6 fully loaded). If you find yourself as I was trying to decide out of all the dealerships in the Atlanta area - I would recommend you this dealership - 1st choice. More

I researched my car over the internet. Gwinnett Place offered a cannot-be-beaten price on a new car. When I went to the dealership and looked at the car, I concluded the car I had been shopping for was n offered a cannot-be-beaten price on a new car. When I went to the dealership and looked at the car, I concluded the car I had been shopping for was not my best choice for the specialized use I have for my car, and decided to buy a different model - and a used car. No problem. There was no pressure to buy the new car, and these men were happy to help me with a completely different purchase than I had originally intended. The price on the used vehicle was also a good price for age and mileage. I left a happy customer in a Certified Used Car that is exactly what I needed. More

In a world of rudeness, lack of manners and gross unprofessionalism, it is certainly refreshing to encounter people like BETSY during the course of our hectic lives. I do hope that you as managers will take the time and effort to reward her (with action, not just talk) and encourage her to keep up her great attitude. In these days of indifference, attitude has a critical impact on how potential customers perceive your business. I am a very critical businessperson and consumer and I know very well the impression that is made by the person that greets incoming customers. Many businesses today, small and large, are suffering in this category and I hope you will appreciate what you have. This is what makes people like me become customers for you! BETSY ROCKS BIG!!!! P.
