It is always a pleasure whenever I deal with GPH. I have now leased 3 cars from them. Previously, I used to get cars from another Atlanta dealer. The experience is like night and day. At GPH, they really are a cut above other dealerships. I have particularly enjoyed working with Kristian Gjessing (Internet Sales Director) and Dennis Hamilton (Internet Sales Representative). Whenever I call Christian about something, he is always a straight shooter and is very professional. He nevers tries high pressure sales! On the last car I leased from GPH (which was today), I actually paid slightly more because I wanted to do business with GPH and Christian. If you are interested in buying a Honda and you want a very professional, straight talking salesperson who is always helpful (before and after the sale), I highly recommend that you call Christian. Having been in many dealership before, I was truly surprised how easy it was to buy a car from Gwinnett Place Honda. Christian, the internet sales director beat a competitor's internet sales price, and gave me a drive-out price over the phone. I asked for a written offer the next day, which Chad did promptly. When I arrived at the dealership, Charles received me warmly and courteously. The price and the car were exactly what they had promised. Financing application was a breeze too; no playing tricks to jack up the interest rate. The finance manager was amazingly easy to work with, not pushy at all at selling me maintenance programs or extended warranty. From the starting of paper work to walking out of the door was less than one hour! Absolutely amazing. I was prepared for many traps other dealers are accustomed to do to even experienced buyers. But I was relieved I did not have to go through those grueling negotiations and dodge the bullets. This has to be the most stress-free car-buying experience in a dealership. These are decent folks and they will continue to win with their professionalism and courtesy. More

We were extremely satisfied in dealing with Gwinnett Place Honda. We had previously had communications with them by e-mail for a price quote and other questions. When we arrived, we were cheerfully gree Place Honda. We had previously had communications with them by e-mail for a price quote and other questions. When we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted by Mr. Gjessing and Mr. Butt. They were extremely helpful and they honored everything they had previously promised. The whole transaction went very smoothly and did not last very long. We are very happy with the new vehicle and with the dealership. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Excellent work by Vu Huynh. I contacted the dealership via e-mail with some questions. I was telephoned within a few minutes by Vu. He was able to answer my questions and give me a lot more information. H via e-mail with some questions. I was telephoned within a few minutes by Vu. He was able to answer my questions and give me a lot more information. He followed up by asking me to fill out the financing pre-approval information. I heard from him via e-mail the next day asking me when we could meet. I wrote him to expect my husband and I Friday evening. We were able to test drive three vehicles of our choice. All three met our needs, but the Civic was the one in which I was most interested. Vu let us know what our payments would be and that we were approved for the amount needed. Then we met with his accessory person and the financing manager. We were not interested in accessories as the car came with so many things! When we met with the financing manager he laid out a couple of optional things to us like the extra warranty and GAP insurance. Honda was offering some nice packages for these options so we added those onto our payment and the payment is still less than I had expected. The whole purchase took less than four hours. We had some unpleasant experiences in the past with purchasing vehicles and were very much dreading this purchase Vu and the team at Gwinnett Place Honda made our experience so pleasurable and fabulous. We are planning to come back at the end of the year and purchase another vehicle! We tell everyone about our excellent experience at Gwinnett Place Honda and our great salesperson in Vu. Thank you. I was very pleased with the entire experience, which has never been the case before. Buying a car is right up there on my list of things I hate to do next to the Dentist. This whole car experience was by far the most pleasurable than anyone would imagine from a dealership. Then after the test drive and our decision to purchase, Jermaine asked what I trying to achieve because I was trading in a leased Honda early. I told him I wanted to get out of the lease and into a purchase because the mileage that we were putting on the lease was rapidly devaluing the vehicle. This is when Albert took over and introduced us to Sam in finance and started giving us the options of what we could do when you are terminating a lease 2 years early. We crunched some numbers and purchased some safeguards and we shook hands on a deal that put us in a brand new 2011 Accord with 11 miles, and best thing was, our choice is now a purchase. But everyone was so nice and attentive to my needs we began to bond which gave me the feel of a family member and that the sales force was looking out for me. The process flowed so smoothly the so call "haggling" was non existent. I did the research after the deal and found out that I was not a victim of a big volume dealership but actually paid a price that was a good one and we are extremely satisfied to be from under a lease. More
