Mr. Wannamaker was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we viewed. He answered our questions, was friendly and personable. He followed up with me since I was at the dealership and is in my opinion working above and beyond a salesman on behalf of the customer :-) The financial officer was also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A WASTE OF TIME!!! My wife and I went to GPH looking for a very specific used car. Challenging I know, but we were completely upfront with our salesperson as soon as a arrived. They did not have the car we were looking for but had one very close so we agreed to look at it which was our second mistake, the first being walking into their dealership. The salesperson, Mansoor, was condescending to my wife whenever she asked questions about the car. Once we got back from our test drive we agreed to see what the deal would look like. After waiting for about 30 minutes they came back with a deal that was so far from what we were looking for that we tried to walk out. They would not let us leave as they still had our keys to our trade-in. After going back and forth with the salesperson and the manager we finally got the point across that the deal would not work for us, or so I thought. We got our keys and started to get back into our car to leave and the manager came out to stop me and asked if I would come back in so that his boss could look at the numbers. I got out of there as fast as I could. Don’t waste your time here, their prices are too high and they are way too pushy. Exactly what you don’t want in a dealership! More

Reginald Demande made me fell at ease from the moment I stepped onto the lot until I left. The car I wanted (2007 Accord) couldn't not be financed for the payment I wanted. I was frustrated and wanted to stepped onto the lot until I left. The car I wanted (2007 Accord) couldn't not be financed for the payment I wanted. I was frustrated and wanted to leave but Reginald told me he would find a car in my price range. He told me about a 2010 Corolla and I said no. He looked again and found a 2009 Accord. I drove off the lot in the 2009 Accord with my payment a little over what I wanted. Reginald is a caring and dedicated professional who tries everything possible to statisfy the customers he comes in contact with. I would highly recommend GPH and Reginald Demande. If you are in need of a car go see Reginald Demande at GPH. It will be worth your time. More

I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord in July of 2009 from Reggie as a 2nd car and have to say that Reggie went out of his way to make the deal happen. He had an incredible can-do attitude and knew his produ Reggie as a 2nd car and have to say that Reggie went out of his way to make the deal happen. He had an incredible can-do attitude and knew his product line well. He was pleasant, easy to talk to, not a high pressure sales pitch, he just worked very hard to make the numbers work. I traded in the Honda in March 2011 for another BMW and after ridding myself of the excess cars (3 total) I decided to go back and revisit another Honda purchase, this time a CRV. I knew instantly who to call of course. Reggie remembered me and my previous deal which in itself is very impressive as Honda dealerships are typically high volume dealerships. Unfortunately, my financial situation had taken a turn in 2011 and it has been a challenge to re-establish myself. Reggie worked on my deal for 4 days and was having problems getting my loan approved through American Honda. Through no fault of his, I decided to look elsewhere while he worked on getting me approved. I went to Audi that same day (Saturday) and drove away in my new 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T with little to no problems. I got an incredible interest rate and a good deal on my trade and my new car. I called Reggie and told him that I had purchased elsewhere and he was a trooper and wished me the best. Having said this, I wanted to recognize Reggie Demande for his exceptional salesmanship and his willingness to work so hard. Its unfortunate that it didn't work out at Honda but I am thrilled with my new Audi. I highly recommend Reggie Demande to anyone looking for a new or used Honda, he is truly a pleasure to work with and does not waste your time. Thank you very much for your help! JS More
