He was rude and unprofessional. One of his internet sales managers quoted a price for a 2012 CR-V EX. He said they would not honor the quote. I asked him how he would feel if he were in my shoes? He basicall managers quoted a price for a 2012 CR-V EX. He said they would not honor the quote. I asked him how he would feel if he were in my shoes? He basically talked over me and kept repeating himself saying that the he gave me was the best they could do. He said they made an honest mistake and would give me the price for the lower model LX. His quote was higher than the first quote we received. I asked the name of his supervisor and he hung up on me. When referring to emails from my boyfriend he said "whoever this guy is?" He talks like he has a 5th grade education. He talked to several managers and no one is willing to be ethical and honor the quote I have via email. I am extremely disappointed in my Honda experience. My experience was excellent and efficient. The parts department had everything my car needed, which allowed the service department to get started working on my car. The staff were pleasant. I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from Gwinnett Place Honda and I love it! I wanted a car that was good on gas and that's what I got! It drives smooth and looks great! Mansoor Butt was my salesman Place Honda and I love it! I wanted a car that was good on gas and that's what I got! It drives smooth and looks great! Mansoor Butt was my salesman and was extremely courteous and helpful! Even in the blistering heat he made sure he went through the entire lot to make sure I got what I wanted, down to the color. I also worked with Chad Mills who was also wonderful! He made sure he did everything possible to get me what I wanted. You guys are very much appreciated! Thank you, Ashley R. More
Annoyingly pushy. These people are slime and vermin. After I responded to a follow-up email stating why they would not receive my business, I still got more marketing bs emails from them. I went to the dealership to buy a used Civic for my daughter, after Dann Long showed us every used Civic on the lot we ended up buying a new Civic because the price for the New Civic was too good to pa daughter, after Dann Long showed us every used Civic on the lot we ended up buying a new Civic because the price for the New Civic was too good to pass up. Dann was a patient and friendly throughout the whole transactions. Chad Mills the internet sales person was great. He didn't play games with us or give us the run around about the price. Sam, the finance guy, did a great job of explaining our finance options and he wasn't pushy about us buying extended warranties or the other add ons. We all left the dealership with a smile. Thanks Gwinnett Place for the stellar service. More
I purchased a used vehicle and was specifically told by by the sales man that my tag would be paid for by the dealership. While purchasing the car, they repeatedly tried to charge me the wrong sales tax an by the sales man that my tag would be paid for by the dealership. While purchasing the car, they repeatedly tried to charge me the wrong sales tax and the fee's stated "Tax, Tag and Title". When I received the paperwork to get my tag, the letter stated that I was responsible for all fees related to acquiring my tag. I called the dealership and explained my situation and the sales man told me he would get in touch with his manager who would call me right back. I received a call from the manager the next day who told me that salesman had been with the dealership for 8-9 years (like that mattered) and chocked the situation up to a miss-communication. He told me that he would check into it and let me know. I left multiple messages and had requested others to get this man to call me back. Two weeks later I finally get a call and was told that the dealership would not pay for my tag. I told him how ridiculous that was and he told me he had talked to the director. After we had gotten off the phone, I called every dealership I could find in the area and each dealership told me that they either payed for the tag (even for out of state buyers) or they didn't even mention the tag in their contract. I called the dealership back and asked him to go back to the director and ask him to reconsider. He argued with me and was defending the decision when I told him I had contacted other dealerships and told him what I had found out. He told me that my doing that "made him mad" and I told him I really did not want to make a big deal out of this (it is only $24.00) but it was in my contract and I think they should pay for what they promised. If considering a vehicle from this dealership, please don't, use ANY other dealership. More
Made a purchase from this dealer and found out on the third day that I paid $2000 more than Curry Honda. When I had a chance to speak to their managers, they would not do anything for me. I left this dealership today with the WORST experience I have ever had. There Customer Service was B.A.D also the main manager was not customer focused. I told them the truth of what I had to put down, wh have ever had. There Customer Service was B.A.D also the main manager was not customer focused. I told them the truth of what I had to put down, what I wanted my mothly payments to be and what I wanted. They found a CRV and I was told it would work within my payments. Then the sale person left to talk to the Main Sales Manager "the person who writes the checks" they said if NO DEAL because the CRV is a hot car. I was told if I did not buy it someone else would, this is very bad customer service. What type of company would talk to there customer's like this. I hold this gets to the CEO of Honda and he/she finds out how their customer was treated at Gwinnett Place Honda. More

Honey he has the patience of Job because I know I looked at 5 or 6 six cars and test drove quite a few. But honey I rode out of there in my Brand New 2012 Honda FIT, he had Jamaal crunch those numbers too cause you know I been around a time or two. So call today and ask for Bruce Rosario and tell him the lady (Roblyn) that caught her last bus sent you. *wink More
