My wife and I have had a very good experience with Hendrick Collision Center, which is affiliated with Gwinnet Place Honda dealership service department. I was impressed with professionalism, exper Hendrick Collision Center, which is affiliated with Gwinnet Place Honda dealership service department. I was impressed with professionalism, expertise and customer service skills demonstrated by Mr. Matt Paolini, a Collision Consultant at Hendrick Collision Center. Matt had successfully navigated us through the entire process, including quite challenging negotiation with an insurance appraiser. He had thoroughly explained every step to me and to my wife and patiently answered every question I had during the approval, negotiation and the repair process. The car looked just like new after Matt and his team of very qualified technicians completed their work. I was very happy. Thank you Matt Paolini and thank you Hendrick Collision Center staff. I had a great experience with the folks at Gwinnett Place Honda last month. I worked with Kristian Gjessing and Joseph Yim. I purchased a new Odyssey that had a few "kinks" in it from the factor. The kinks p Honda last month. I worked with Kristian Gjessing and Joseph Yim. I purchased a new Odyssey that had a few "kinks" in it from the factor. The kinks presented themselves over the first couple of weeks of driving the Odyssey. Rather than try to fix a bunch of little things, Kristian and his team just gave me a new one all together. I was really impressed. I will go back to Gwinnett Place Honda when making my next car purchase. More

When the accident happended I was devastated thinking about the accident and if my car would be the same when it was repaired. Tom contacted me immediately after my car was towed to the collision center and he kept me informed of everything going on with my repairs up until the day I picked it up. He assured me that my car would be like before, and it was. On the scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 100. I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport a little over a month ago. When I drove off the lot after signing my paperwork, I realized my windshield hadn't been cleaned, so I took it straight back and asked th month ago. When I drove off the lot after signing my paperwork, I realized my windshield hadn't been cleaned, so I took it straight back and asked them to clean it. While they were doing that I realized there was a haze over the brake light in the back. I asked a finance guy that was there what could be done he told me not to worry about it that if I were driving, I would never see it. I told him that may be true, but the cars behind me may not see the light either and rear end me, also that if I am paying 60 months for something it better be done right before I leave the lot. The cleanup guys took the car and got the problem solved no thanks to the finance guy. Now to why I originally started this. When I purchased the car I spoke to Sam Whang who sold me on GAP and maintenance plan. I told him I planned to get this refinanced through my credit union the next day which I did. I decided the next day to cancel the GAP and protection plan. I called Sam and he took care of the paperwork and sent me a copy. I asked him about the refund of $800. He told me the easiest way was to et the credit union send the payoff check and when they bank (Wells Fargo) got the payoff check from my credit union it would be over paid by $800 and they would send me the check. I have called Wells Fargo for 2 weeks now and 2 weeks ago confirmed they had been paid off and there was an $800 overpayment. Last week Wells Fargo told me that I should receive the check this week. I called yesterday 10/9/13 to check the status and Wells Fargo said they still had the money and would be sending the $800 to the dealer. I asked why if my credit union had paid them off and they had gotten the cancelation that Sam had sent them. Also asked why the lady told me last week they were sending the check to me then and it still hadn't been sent out. She couldn't answer. Now, this is where Gwinett Place Honda comes in again. I called and asked for Sam. He was off so I asked for finance department. The guy that answered sounded just like the jerk that told me the day I bought the car that he guessed I would have to deal with it about the brake light. He told me it was out of his hands and that I needed to call Wells Fargo. I told him I had and that they had said the refund check would be sent to them could he help me. He told me that was my problem and hung up. I called back and asked for his supervisor and got this guys answering machine. I still haven't heard from them this morning. I am out $800 and they have gotten their $24,000 so they could care less. The GAP insurance is much cheaper outside the dealerships version and covers more. The maintenance plan Sam sold me started at 15,000 miles and expired like at 25,000 miles based on the form I got. It costs $300 and was for the $80 oil changes he told me it costs. I checked into this and the oil change is to be done every 15000 miles and you can get the oil and the filter from Wal Mart for $34 or have them do everything at Wal Mart for $45. Don't let this dealership talk you into these two items because you can get them much cheaper and if you try to cancel you will play hell trying to get your money back and they certainly won't be as friendly after they have already gotten your money. I was impressed with the courtesy and service my this dealership--until I actually went there and tried to take them up on it. I called to see the price if any on a replacement visor that started han dealership--until I actually went there and tried to take them up on it. I called to see the price if any on a replacement visor that started hanging in my 2007 Civic. There was a service bulletin out on this by Honda (08-023) noting the defect. When I called, they asked for the VIN which I provided. I was told that it was covered, and asked to make an appointment, which I did. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that it was NOT under warranty, and they refused to honor what I was told on the phone to get me there. I was sent to the parts department to buy one, then they would install. Internet price upper $40's, Gwinnett Place Honda in the $80's (for a part they told me was on warranty the day before). Follow-up - The service manager saw my review, reached out to me,and offered to complete the repair at no cost. It was done, well and on time. In retrospect, any business that relies on humans has the potential for service breakdowns, The true measure is HOW the business responds. Kam, the service manager responded proactively to resolve the problem and reinforce a policy of honesty, for his staff and this customer alike. It is appreciated, and noted in the revised review. In April of 2012, my wife Ashley and I (Joseph) bought a 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid. Steven Busche's Knowledge of his inventory was so in depth that once we decided on the model he was able to pick the perfec 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid. Steven Busche's Knowledge of his inventory was so in depth that once we decided on the model he was able to pick the perfect vehicle for us. Steven was keenly aware of our needs as a family shopping for a car. So much so that my son Christopher remained calm and entertained the entire time! After we broke for lunch, Steven Busche walked us through the paperwork, cut his tie (its a car salesman thing lol), and had us home in time for dinner. I love doing business with people I would eat a meal with and Steven Busche is welcome at my family dinner table. As our family has grown, and our transportation needs have changed, I am glad to be working with Steven again to find us the right vehicle for the right price. Steven Has stayed in close touch with us over the last year and half. I know I can get in touch with Steven using many forms of communication such as phone, email and even a personal text from time to time. I also know that I can count on Steven to respond in a timely manner with a plan of action when we talk. Even when life happened, Gwinnet Honda and Steven gave us great customer service. No request was too small. Also anything I asked for was met with an acceptable solution. I am glad to say I have never had to ask to speak to anyone other than who was immediately in front of me. It has been a pleasure doing Business with Steven Busche and Gwinnett Place Honda and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. -Joseph, Ashley, Christopher More
I contacted Mr. Ernst Louis over the internet. He found the exact vehicle I wanted (titanium CR-V EX-L) and quoted the best price for it. When I went to Gwinnett Place the vehicle was waiting for me ready the exact vehicle I wanted (titanium CR-V EX-L) and quoted the best price for it. When I went to Gwinnett Place the vehicle was waiting for me ready for test driving. There were no surprises when I decided to buy the vehicle. Mr. Louis even found an incentive to save me money. I was also pleasantly surprised with the discounted dealer options. Ms. Barnes helped me personalize my CR-V. Mr. Albert Thompson helped me with financing and sold me an extended warranty. First I was not going to buy the warranty but then I changed my mind because the vehicle is loaded with electronic parts. I hope I don't need it but you never know. I also purchased a pre-paid maintenance plan. This is the second Honda I purchased from Gwinnett Place; I know their service is also excellent. The sale team was very efficient: the whole process took less than 3 hours. Before I drove off the lot, Mr. Louis even paired my smart phone with my new CR-V. I plan to stop by and say hello to him when I go to Gwinnett Place for my first service. More
After a frustrating experience at another dealership, I was so lucky to find Ernst at Gwinnett Place. I was very anxious and indecisive about my first new car purchase. Ernst was so patient with me, expla was so lucky to find Ernst at Gwinnett Place. I was very anxious and indecisive about my first new car purchase. Ernst was so patient with me, explained all the features of the car during the test drive and walked me though all of the options and numbers. I was instinctively skeptical of anything I was told, but I fact-checked everything he told me and turns out, Ernst is one honest guy! He treated me like a friend and I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. He has continued to be helpful with follow-up questions weeks after the sale. Albert in finance was also friendly and helped me get squared away with payment. More
