He didn't try selling me - instead, he let me tell him what I was looking for and showed me what my options were based on what I really wanted. He did EVERYTHING right and this was my fourth dealership. Bruce gave me a tour of the service department, which was very impressive and introduced me to Ronnie Butler. Bruce was very personable, down-to-earth, and I felt truly honest and on my side. Then the tough part came. . . the numbers, that's when Chad Mills step in and together with Bruce, I felt like they were really trying to get me the CRV that I had my heart set on. They didn't give up, they stayed with me through my back and forth indecisiveness (even when I was worn out) - they "wanted me to drive away with the new CRV". I felt if they weren't ready to go home, then I had to stay right with them. Fortunately, everything worked out and then I was sent to talk to Jamal Gunn, who was just as personable as Bruce and Chad. I felt like I had the three BEST people on my side - all working with me to get this CRV. That was Friday night and 3 days later, I couldn't be happier!!! Thanks to all of them for everything! More

My salesman Bruce Rosario went above and beyond making me feel so comfortable and not pressuring me. His manager Chad Mills even stepped in to help get me to a rate I could afford. That is what I call going above and beyond.Even though the Jeep I wanted was at an amazing price I don't have the best credit so when the interest rate was high I was not surprised. I was however surprised when both Bruce and Chad understood my concerns. They did not pressure me to make a decision but instead they kept working with me and for me going through different options until we found one where I felt 100% comfortable. I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler on Saturday and can honestly say it was a stress free and truly enjoyable experience.The experience was concluded with the Finance manager Robert Turner who again did not pressure me into any extras but fully explained my options and what would be in my best interest. These three guys made me feel like they cared about me and my needs. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a car go to Gwinnett Place Honda. They really do make you feel like family. More

Dealer add on rip off. Avoid Gwinnett Place Honda I bought my 2007 Honda Fit from Gwinnett Place Honda in 2006. I am still driving my car and am still happy with the product. The buying experience w I bought my 2007 Honda Fit from Gwinnett Place Honda in 2006. I am still driving my car and am still happy with the product. The buying experience was not so great. This was partly my fault as I was not planning on buying the Honda, but the dealership was on the way to my planned destination. The 2007 Honda fit was a new to the US model back then, so I pretty much paid full price. The problem was the $500 protection package that I later found out was nothing more than a wax job. I was really pissed and emailed the dealer the following days. I think my complaints reached a manger and in the end I got $200 of my $500 wax job money back. Fool me once… Forward 8 years later, I was shopping for a new car for my wife and the Honda CRV was a potential buy. Gwinnett Place Honda was next to the Subaru dealership that I just was at, so let’s have a look. Long story short, Gwinnett Place Honda was doing the same dealer installer option crap they were doing 8 years ago. Instead of $500 wax jobs, now they have $200 pin stripping, $200 3M clear door tape and $100 wheel locking nuts. We eventually bought a Subaru Forrester. I was at two VW dealerships, three Subaru dealerships, but ONLY Gwinnett Place Honda had these types of dealer rip off add on. They are a huge dealership, maybe biggest in GA. I can’t imagine the type of money they make on these type of rip off mark ups. I know people don’t have to get ripped off. Just walk out and find a dealership that has some type of integrity. More

However, I cannot express how easy and painless my purchase was. My salesman Bruce Rosario was great !! No pressure, no sales pitch, no BS at all. My credit and income was questionable. Therefore, I was very nervous. Bruce continued to make the whole experience quick and painless.Bruce Rosario and Chad Mills, as well as the other team who I dealt with were straightforward and honest I would highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda for anyone in the market. I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CR-V at Gwinnett Place Honda and every aspect of the buying experience was fabulous! I engaged in an online chat where my questions were answered to determine that they had a few cars in which I was interested. I quickly received an email, followed by another email the next day inviting me to the dealership. The salesman who sent the emails indicated that he wouldn't be at the dealership when I planned to visit, and included the name of his manager that would be happy to help me. Once there I met salesman Bruce Rosario, who introduced me to several cars on the lot. Bruce was very knowledgeable about CR-Vs and taught me a lot about what the model had to offer. He was patient with my questions and seemed eager and excited to share his knowledge with me. He was friendly and personable and proceeded to show me several aspects about the car that I had not learned from other dealerships which I had visited. In fact, he truly "sold" me the car! When my husband joined me, Bruce welcomed him and reviewed details of the car. As the shopping process evolved into the buying process, Bruce became our advocate and introduced us to his colleagues that worked with us through the price negotiations and financing. The price was fair and the negotiations were transparent. While my initial intention was simply to shop for a car, the pleasant shopping atmosphere and the lack of pressure lead to the eventual car purchase. Before leaving the dealership with my new car, Bruce again took time to teach me about the navigation system and to sync my phone to the Bluetooth. The process was a pleasure from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda and Bruce Rosario for any car purchase! More

Before I had gotten to Gwinett Place Honda, I was really stressed out about the whole "car buying experience", but Joseph Shin, my salesman, took a lot of that burden away. Last month I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Gwinnett Place Honda. I actually live in Marietta and there are at least two Honda dealerships closer to my home. I considered purchasing from them, but decided to go with Gwinnett Place due to the Salesman Michael Heng that reached out. He was very responsive and helpful to my inquiries concerning purchase. I felt at ease and that the sale was professionally handled. I felt catered to. In addition, my purchase was at least $2K-$4K lower than the prices given for the same car at the other dealerships. More
