TrueCar Bait and Switch I had a funny feeling about things once I arrived at the dealership, TrueCar report in hand, and all of the Civics had a painted on pinstripe on each I had a funny feeling about things once I arrived at the dealership, TrueCar report in hand, and all of the Civics had a painted on pinstripe on each side and all of the sales team were spaced out every ten feet in the lot, waiting to pounce. The TrueCar report didn't mention any extras (as their agreement with the service states that it should have) yet they then proceeded to try and tack on about $900 worth of accessories to the car saying that "these are the accessories that everyone asks us for." The accessories included $200 for wheel locks (MSRP of $55 on the Honda website), $200 for that paint stripe, $100 for the 3M paint chip prevention tape, and a few other things including a trunk tray. I didn't need any of these yet they insisted they couldn't sell ANY car without them. Fine. But then add to the fact that while i'm there, I receive another quote from them to my inbox that is over $1000 cheaper than what they're trying to get me to pay. Good thing I checked my email, and I then showed the email to the sales team, who took my phone to the internet sales manager. He came to me and claimed that he had sent me the wrong car in "the wrong template". Fine, once again. But then he couldn't lower the price of the car further (still with almost $1000 of accessories on it that I didn't even want). Eventually I sent them a screenshot of the TrueCar agreement that states that they can't add accessories that aren't included with the quote and they just fought back harder. Last straw. Super friendly staff, but don't bother with the dealership. If these practices are common, many more people are about to realize that the TrueCar price they love to show, is a sham since they add so many overpriced accessories. I should have listened to that funny feeling and avoided wasting my Sunday. More

They managed to fix the navigation, but could not care less about the cruise control. Avoid them. More

Steven Bushe is the MAN!!!! HE IS AWESOME! I never really expected to walk out with a 2014 Honda Accord. My husband and I brought in my 2008 Honda Civic for an oil change, we were told it would I never really expected to walk out with a 2014 Honda Accord. That's when I met Steven. From the moment he said hello I was dying with laughter. Steven made our car buying experience truly memorable. He was sincere, kind and FUNNY! We saw right away the reason why he was in this field. So often our experience with buying cars has been mediocre to say the least but yesterday we had a blast and I got a new car out of it all!
