A demonstration of rudeness and unprofessionalism! I am a repeated customer of Gwinnett Place Honda. However, the dealership did not treat me with respect. The salespeople, was able to respond appropriately to my request. We were able to agree on the final out the door price of the vehicle. However, I explained to them that since this is a joint purchase, I would have to check with my wife for one last time because her name will be on the credit application. I stated that I would be happy to put a down payment to hold the car. Hence, after telling the salespeople's supervisor, the supervisor responded with rage. I was able to hear him screaming across closed glass doors. I quote "Cancel the deal!", "Walk away!|, among many others. I was upset with the way that I was treated as a "valued" and "repeated" customer. I understand that the supervisor may have a bad day. However, in no way, he had the right to scream at his employee and customers. It is just plain tasteless and unprofessional. Please heed my words and turn away. More

"yes sir it is in the lot", --Great, I can come in for a test drive now, will it be ready?-- "Yes sir, we will have it ready, can i have your contact information so that i can provide it to my sales manager? just ask for the sales manager when you come in" -- so i show up and get sharked out by the first sales man that sees me who sidelines me from talking to the sales manager -- then i tell him about the car i want to see, and he pulls it up by the same stock number, and it's in NORTH CAROLINA buuut "Let me show you a similar vehicle" DO NOT REWARD THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR WITH A CAR PURCHASE. Way to be exactly the kind of slime balls that pop culture TV/MOVIES make you out to be. Thanks for going out of your way to mention NOT wasting my time, while you proceeded to waste my time. More

I've had this car for 10 yrs and it has served me well with 293,500 miles and it still runs good. I decided to buy a new one. Even though I have since relocated to another state I wanted to return to Gwinnett Place Honda. I must say though that my experience this time exceeds all the others. Michael Heng has to be one of the best salesman in the business. He's very patient, passionate and good at his job. It was my best car buying experience ever!? More

Buy a car from Amel Bibic, best purchase ever! I contacted ALL the Honda dealers in Metro Atlanta via email for a price quote on a specific Accord I wanted. Not only was Amel the first one to call I contacted ALL the Honda dealers in Metro Atlanta via email for a price quote on a specific Accord I wanted. Not only was Amel the first one to call me back within 5 minutes of sending the email, he had some very nice pricing on the car in under 10 minutes! He did not have the specific car I wanted in stock so I continued looking at other dealers. Almost a week later, I sent him an email on another possible Accord to see if he had it in stock. He responded to me like lightening with pricing and all associated fees laid out without me having to ask for it. When I got to the dealership Amel was very professional and knowledgeable. Having myself been in the car business for more than 15 years I can always smell a rat or a shady deal. I am happy to say Amel is a straight up car pro. He was able to get me what I needed on my trade to make the deal work. Since I was technically "on my lunch break" time was of the essence and he was able to get me through all the paperwork and in my new ride in about 30 minutes. A big thanks also to Jeff Sutherland his manager for helping get everything process quickly Fastest process I have ever been through! Mike Pham was friendly and professional during the whole process. He was helpful but not pushy, patient while begin informative. Every bit of paperwork was explained and review so that we were clear on all facets of our purchase. We drove off with a Honda Certified Used Honda Odyssey fully loaded with less than 20,000 miles. Reginald Dube in financing even got a better interest rate than that of our credit union. We are pleased with the service and overall experience at Honda Gwinnett Place Mall. We drove out in our new Hoda Civic within a few hours of our visit - Competely satisfied and delighted with our decision and the exemplary professionalism exhibited by DJ. I suggest any one trying to buy a Honda car to visit this dealership and look for DJ Milton to enable the purchase process a pleasant experience. I got a Lemon Car ever. The first time when I went to their dealership, my family decided to look at the 2014 Accord EX-L. We wanted to take a Test Drive, but they denied because of our Minnesota Driver License. We still bought the car without the Test Drive. After the deal, the salesman take us to choose the car. We choose one, but the high temperature in the noon made us uncomfortable, and could not check the car carefully. When we completed the agreement, we found that the car has a scratch on the driver door. They offered the Promise work to fix it for free. After first 2000 mile, I found that the Forward Collision Warning poped up as randomly when nothing in front of the car, the windshield had two broken pieces inside it. The Service Manager told he will order the new windshield for one week. After one week, they told me to wait for one more week for the windshield arrives the dealer ship. After one more week, I talked with the other Service Advisor, he checked the order and told me the Service Manager did not order the windshield for me. He ordered again and told me to wait for one more week. After almost 4 weeks total, my windshield was replaced, but I am not sure that they change it or just put some black seal to fix it, because the Repaire Order show that the total dfor 30$. The windshield cannot be for $30. While I took the car back to fix the windshield, I told them about the FCW. They told my car was good and they could not fix it because they did not see any eror code, and they believe in the computer more than the customer. Until now, the FCW pops up more and annoys me while I am driving. They keep saying and denying to fix or repurchase my car. Do not go to this place. They will take your money and leave you alone. More
