I absolutely love this service center hands down! The first time I came to this service center was Spring of 2012, shortly after moving to Georgia. The first person I encountered was Jeffrey Hawes. I let him know at that time I like to deal with one person when it comes to my vehicles. He assured me all of his co-workers would do right by me as well. However, I told him I will only ask for him. There are only two occasions in the past two years did I see another service member besides Jeffrey. I have always received EXCELLENT customer service from Jeffrey, he keeps me well informed on what's going on with my vehicles. I always call to ensure he is there and he tells me to come on in. During the times I have decided to wait on my vehicle, it's been exceptional service and I am never sitting there wondering what's going on. I recently purchased another vehicle that you all do not service; however, I keep asking Jeffrey just about every time I come in there, because that's how much I love dealing with Jeffrey Hawes.
