Jeff Hawes at the Service Center is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I need my car serviced I call ahead and make sure Jeff is there. I will only see him. He is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around superstar! He takes the time to go over things with you. I like to go someplace that I know the people are caring - and honestely concerned about your vehicle and any questions you may have. Jeff always give it 110%. I recently moved to Cumming and there is another Honda Dealership on 20. However I have the history with GPH and Jeff that I will continue to drive the 35 minutes to take my car to GPH. Jeff is a ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Jeff for being an amazing employee - GPH is a better place because you are part of their team! More

I absolutely love this service center hands down! The first time I came to this service center was Spring of 2012, shortly after moving to Georgia. The first person I encountered was Jeffrey Hawes. I let him know at that time I like to deal with one person when it comes to my vehicles. He assured me all of his co-workers would do right by me as well. However, I told him I will only ask for him. There are only two occasions in the past two years did I see another service member besides Jeffrey. I have always received EXCELLENT customer service from Jeffrey, he keeps me well informed on what's going on with my vehicles. I always call to ensure he is there and he tells me to come on in. During the times I have decided to wait on my vehicle, it's been exceptional service and I am never sitting there wondering what's going on. I recently purchased another vehicle that you all do not service; however, I keep asking Jeffrey just about every time I come in there, because that's how much I love dealing with Jeffrey Hawes.
