Awesome experience My husband and I visited many dealerships in the Mall of Georgia area and Gwinnett Mall area. I went to Mall of Georgia Honda and was quickly turned My husband and I visited many dealerships in the Mall of Georgia area and Gwinnett Mall area. I went to Mall of Georgia Honda and was quickly turned off. I went inside the dealership and stood there for 10 minutes being ignored so I walked out. We immediately went to Gwinnett Place Honda where we met Shon Hood. Shon was patient with us and not pushy, knowledgeable about the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle but did not buy the vehicle that day. we went home and researched other options but was not satisfied so we called Shon back to see if the vehicle was still there. Shon took the chance of reserving the vehicle until we could get there, he actually came in just to meet with us. What I can say is he is dedicated and professional. I'm in the customer service business so I appreciate GOOD customer service when I see it. I will definitely recommend others to visit Shon at Gwinnett Place Honda. More

After spending hours there we were greeted by Troy Royal. He made it very clear initially that he wasn't going to "play any games". Well that's exactly what he did. From questioning where I lived to making it the most expensive Fit EX (Nearly 20k) on the lot I chose to walk away. Easier for me to drive 95 miles to a different dealership. All the same cars, just better service and prices. More

Oil change Came Here for an oil change with appointment. When I got here I was told I have to wait two hours as I was incorrectly informed. To top it all, when I called for the appointment I asked how much it costs for synthetic oil and I was quoted $29.95 which changed to $49.95 when I got here. More

That's your typical stereotype thinking. Well, with Mike Pham, it's the complete opposite. Stress free, no pressure sales tactics and was able to give us great price on our trade, more than we expected. Overall we were in and out in less than 2 hrs. Mike Pham was our sales and he was very patient with me. Very informative and no pressure. There were two cars I had been going back and fourth on and couldn't decide! He brought us in Mr. Taylor's office and he was great. Very eccentric and friendly. No pressure. Usually this is the part I hate but he made it very pleasant! He was quick and funny made the experience end perfectly. I ended up with a great deal and no regrets. My transaction was perfect and I would recommend to anyone. More
