A NIGHTMARE I went in about a week ago to get an oil change for my 2013 Volkswagen GTI because maintenance and oil change service came with the car's warranty whe I went in about a week ago to get an oil change for my 2013 Volkswagen GTI because maintenance and oil change service came with the car's warranty when I bought it about 2 years ago. I left my car at 9:15 AM and came back for it around 11. I saw that they had put a different oil than they had put last time. I am quite an experienced mechanic and know enough to know that they put the wrong oil in my car. They kept on trying to convince me that they had put in the correct oil. I had a debate with the Assistant Manager, Jae Kim, for over an hour and a half so I called customer service for Valvoline Oil myself to confirm with them that this is the wrong oil for my car. They told me that the dealership did actually put the WRONG oil in my car. After the assistant heard what customer service had to say, he finally decided to admit that the dealership had put the wrong oil in my car. The dealership didn't even have the right oil in stock so they needed to order it first and I had to wait another two hours for them to do that. I spent over 6 hours of my day dealing with appalling customer service...this has been by far the worst experience I have had in my 30 years of being a car owner and mechanic. More

Of course, it sounded a bit odd. Truthfully, I was extremely tired and ready to go so I did not make a big fuss. I contacted the salesman to ask him to email me a scheduled maintenance information, and still waiting. More
