Welcoming and Knowledgeable I’ve been to get my car serviced several time mes, but have always had to stand beside the car before someone offered assistance. This time was different, in that Mr. Alexander Stanley ushered my drive into the bay, waited until I exited the car, and escorted me to his office. He reviewed every aspect of my service and was very knowledgeable. He ensured that the shuttle bus was available for me for pickup. During the course of service, he touched base with me to inform of pricing and to seek approval. Mr. Stanley provided impeccable service in behalf of Honda. More
